Hotel front desk staff were rude and cold in all ways with a “oh you’re a Roomza” and were unhelpful all around, particularly a white male with glasses named Frank, if memory is correct. Valet parking staff weren’t much better and were more attentive to non-Roomza guests.

The staff on my actual floor were great, especially James, who made me feel right at home and even provided a direct number to take care of any needs. A-1 service!

The location is absolutely perfect. A 10 minute walk to the inner harbor, right around the corner from CFG Arena, and the convention center area is just a bit further. Excellent place to stay for events! The amenities were also outstanding, and my stay was really a luxurious experience. The service is exceptional! My room felt modern and very comfortable. I’d absolutely love to stay here again.

It was excellent. There were no charges or destination fees at the hotel, and everything was included. The room was huge and comfortable and the valet parking was free! So were the minibar snacks! I’ll stay at Roomza hotels in the future from now on.

We had to wait 45 minutes for our car with valet and ended up being late to our event. Also, the text message system to the valet did not always work. However, having free parking was great.

The extras were excellent and set the hotel experience apart. The staff was great as well.

Dark color scheme, low light levels, dreary interiors, pictures and towel rack poorly secured to wall. Hotel within a hotel was weird and cumbersome.

The deal states "free parking" yet I was told since the four of us drove two different cars, someone had to pay $45 parking fee. So my guests had to park blocks away to avoid a fee that was supposedly free. Also an additional $250 charge was added with no explanation as to why.

I liked how many places were a short walk away. Most staff were helpful and friendly.

We had an issue with parking and Rose the host from check in went above and beyond her job to make sure we had somewhere to park and we were comfortable and not inconvenienced. Also Eric from security was a great help also. He also made sure a few times to check on us. The valet staff for lord baltimore hotel is nothing but rude and wasted 2 hours of our day and gas driving around

Lord Baltimore Hotel charged me for my stay upon check in after I had already paid for my stay through booking.com. There was much confusion at the front desk and finally the charge was removed. There were issues when I checked out because Lord Baltimore Hotel tried to say I still owed them again and I had to explain the whole situation to them again that I already paid Roomza through booking.com.

The room could've been better renovated. For example, the bathroom towel bar was detached from the wall, and the bathroom ceiling showed signs of a water leak. There were also some homeless people around the hotel, we didn't go out after sunset.

Roomza just started operating a few days before my stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, complimentary valet parking was included, the snacks in the room were also complimentary. The hotel's location is in walking distance from Inner Harbor. Overall great value.
