Advertised breakfast, but it was minimal breakfast and what was there was empty. Not enough towels or washcloths for the anount of people we had registered, only enough for 1 person. Place was clean, but seemed like it had its heyday a while back and should have been a lot better for the price. Sliding doors opened to patio mezzanine, no windows and it was very loud.

the room I was in was like it was the “ghetto” section of hotel, hallway smelled like mold or urine as did the room. bed was all but on the floor, had to stand on chair in corner to turn on a/c

The walls were peeling, breakfast was awful, the staff were rude, and there was mold EVERYWHERE. Also, the extra amenities like the “laundry” was pretty much a joke. People’s belongings just sit in the one washer every day, and there’s stacks of abandoned/forgotten clothes everywhere.

The property was close to gas stations and food options.

Unable to enjoy the pool since they had just filled it and it was freezing cold. Only able to sit in the hot tub so the kids were not able to swim which is why we chose to stay here. The breakfast was awful. The quality and taste of the food was bad. Give it a 1 star out of 5. Lighting in the room was dark. A/C didn't cool the room down, there was a big spot of caramel stuck to the floor, old dirty sock found by bed, and back of bathroom sink had not been cleaned.

There was a bar on site. Location was good as well.

This place is full of mold and in desperate need of repairs. Would be worth the price with some updates.

I didn't care for the fact the jacuzzi wasn't very clean and when I asked for it to be cleaned so we could use it, they told me that it wouldn't be today (sunday) and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Considering it was Sunday, I wasn't entirely disappointed. I understand some employees do not have the responsibility of maintaining facilities. The continental breakfast wasn't the best. It's very basic, but considering it's free, again, I'm not entirely disappointed.

We loved the easy check-in process. The hotel receptionist was very courteous and inviting. We had trouble with the key card and actual door device, and she immediately had that sorted. We enjoyed the retro lodge resort style. Many places to gather and a bar and restaurant on site. Everything was 5 min travel from this location, but then again, it is Dickinson, ND. Overall, we were satisfied with the location, amenities, and service.

Hate the fact the dark, black out curtains can't be closed! Not everyone wants to be up at sunup. Also, the this white curtain seem a bit "see through"??

Shower/Tub was gross. It has this black haze on the bottom of the tub. My partner was going to take a bath Saturday night and she rubbed the bottom of the tub with a wash clothe and it was black grime

The staff was in Apt at check-in, the shower would not turn on, and and I called the Desk about the shower staff did nothing to try to help. I will be calling management this morning.

Room was poorly lite because of burnt out light bulbs Urine on seat upon arrival TV had no signal Phone to front desk didn't work Refrigerator was so loud it woke me several times Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 then again at 9:45. Check out was at 11:00 One outlet did not work

Great location and lobby. Breakfast was very typical. Common area with pool and hot tube looked like fun. Wish I would have brought a swimming suit.

Again, having stayed here many times before. I can always notice cleanliness is always a bit lacking. When you are in the bathroom and look into the corners and see dirt, you know someone literally cut the corners. I have had issues with the staff in the past. This stay the staff was awesome!

I always stay here when I am in town for business. Location is central in Dickinson, which gives you great access to just about everything. There are ample food options surrounding the hotel including a great menu offered by the hotel in the bar. The bar is great and have very friendly staff.

Paint was peeling on the exterior. The exterior steps had broken pavers. The first desk woman acted annoyed then asked to help us, then pushed us off to a coworker. We had to get to our room through a door by the laundry. The hallway was filled with large carts of dirty bedding. The room we were given had no exterior window.. The room had sliding door to the hall by the pool. we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Also noise from the pool could be heard in the room. The plastic cups in the bathroom that are supposed to be sealed. had the plastic cut on the top. one cup inside the plastic was wet even though we hadn’t taken it out of the plastic.

The room was mostly clean (spotty carpet). It was a convenient location to Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

The disrespect of front desk staff. Waited for help, no button to ring, no way of letting anyone know we were needing assistance. When the young lady did show up walked right by us no nothing. and still behind the counter she still ignored us. Msybe, "Hello I will be right with you" A greeting, an acknowledgement that this family was even present in front of her. I am 63 years old and expect to be treated with respect and not be ignored, and I might add we were the only ones present in the large front waiting checkin area. And than, check in is at 3:00 pm and when booking this room on August 6, I requested and early in because of health issues in our party. The time I go to check in, it is 4:19 pm and our room is not available. I was told I would have to wait. How long was unknown to her which by the way she refused to give me her name and no name tag. She would have to walk to find out how long We would wait. After 20 minutes I asked if she would please walk and find out. Finally shortly after 5 pm I was allowed checkin. Now the rooms were clean. We had reservations for 4 people, we had 3 bath towels, 3 water glasses, no "Do not disturb signs" for cleaning. And no blankets but 1, no quilts on beds, weird. And finally no available towels for pool area. So I requested extra towels for showers with housekeeping that evening and again the next morning and I am gone now but still waiting for my towels. And yes I told her how I felt and she was being rude. And I might add Check the number of MILLERS that were among your guests over Labor Day weekend, Washington us. South Dakota, us, we are all family, we were all born and raised here in the Dickinson and surrounding areas. This is our home town and what a shame. Most of my family still live and work here. And finally breakfast area, spacious, clean , but lacks in the breakfast selection area. And the coffee creamer, thick and gross.
