Bed was hard, bugs in bathroom I think they where cockroaches, rooms where very run down and in need of an update and repairs, bathroom was dirty, stains on sheets and very noisy

The bed was hard as a rock. Bathroom was half updated. New toilet but shower old and moldy with pealing paint. Loveseat in room looked donated. No coffee maker and no creamer in the lobby for their coffee.

The room was spacious and new flooring was nice.

Very noisy. The persons above us literally walked or ran all night. TV didn’t work. No closet or hangers. Room had a very detectable odor.

We did not sample the breakfast. Location was okay. Office employee was friendly. Price was fine.

When we first got to our room the bathroom window was left open and it was about 35 degrees so our room was freezing cold. As soon as I walked into the bathroom I noticed hair on the toilet and it didn’t seem that it was cleaned very well. The housekeeper pounded on our door at 11:02 as we were about to leave and was very rude however after explaining to the front desk why we took a little longer to leave she said she would talk to the employee about he behavior.

Nasty white stain on the couch cushions! Broken sink corner and bed covers super thin and no extra blankets. Super small pillows, like 1/2 the size of regular pillow on a king-sized bed. The bed ruffle was torn and hanging down. Smoke alarm covered with plastic bag!

It was cheap and the staff was nice! Bed sheets were clean! Shower water pressure was great!

Very friendly front desk associate . In the morning the breakfast area was kept clean and stocked, and they didn't make you feel rushed to check out.

They advertised breakfast included.......no no no! Should advertise as limited breakfast (muffins and coffee). Room was not so clean. 2 people staying and only had 1 of each bath, hand and wash cloth. Pay attention to the number of people staying and give enough towels to accommodate them.

We had no towels, hand towels or wash cloths. There was one bar of soap. The shower was filthy. The hairdryer was broken. I didn't realize that until it sucked my hair up into it. The whole thing literally had no screws to hold it together or protector screens.

The "breakfast" consisted of cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, and waffles. There was coffee...the half&half creamer was past the expiration date and lumpy. Not a great start to the morning!

The shower had been painted white over the tile. Pillows too soft and not enough. It's an older place that has been remodeled poorly. Not worth the price

The power went out but that was not your fault it was a portion of the city's power went out so that's out of your control thank you, the remote control didn't work very well, and it would have been nice to maybe have a couple more bath-sized towels or at least a towel for the pool :-) and thank you

The housekeeping staff, and the chicken staff Justin was wonderful very accommodating, and pleasant,, the breakfast was pleasant

The place is a bit run down and the room is very dated. The towels were not the cleanest I’ve seen and bathroom was dirty. The room is noisy as the hotel is located next to the main interstate.

I would like to have been able to use the pool while I was staying. I would have like a better show head while taking a shower.

I liked it for just a place to sleep while I was visiting family in Roseburg Oregon. I liked taking a bath in bathroom.

It was cold, bedding well worn. Seemed like there was water coming up through the floor during showering. Key didn't work but thankfully a staff member opened the door so I didn't have to cart everything back to the office. The breakfast wasn't much. Just seemed really old but the price reflected that.

It needed a night stand on both sides of each of the queen beds. There is no rubber mat for safety in the tub. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. There is no clock in the room. Heater was noisy and seemed like the air filters needed replaced.

The bedding was nice and updated. The room was large.
