Better signage for the office and rooms

No breakfast,great location

Not enough pillows or pillow cases. Thin static filled top blankets, too thin for winter. No mat or rug on the floor to catch water from snowy boots. Hair left on the wall in the shower.

The pool and Jacuzzi. The kitchen with all the basic dishes and utensils. Late night check in. They brought extra pillows and pillow cases when I asked for them. Playground right outside the back door.

The only real complaint was the mattress. I was able to sleep fine, but my girlfriend had a rough couple nights.

There was a lot of activities available. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Large spacious common area outside the room. Very quiet.

Booking .com description of the room was totally wrong, not even close. I would never recommend using Booking.com if you are going to stay at this property. Example, room was to have a bedroom with three queen beds, room had one queen bed. advertised as sleeping six adults and four children. Room was listed two bathrooms, had only one. CALL DIRECT or you are going to have a problem with your reservation.

Breakfast isn't part of the stay. Location was perfect.

Our room was beautiful and very clean. We loved the indoor pool and the hot tub. We were close to great restaurants and cool shops. We plan on going back to this resort next year!

The location, amenities, quality and cleanliness of the unit were all outstanding. The one king bed and bedding comfortable and firm. The deck off the bedroom was a nice touch in the summer.

The staff were very nice. Had no problems. Very clean. Had a great time. The kids had lots to do. Kept them busy. Thank you very much. I definitely will be back.

the first room inside the common area was loud, kind of smelled like spaghetti and Lysol and was a weird layout. the second room was fine.

the staff was amazing. our first room was not up to our standards and had us in the indoor common area. They worked hard on a busy weekend and found us a replacement that was great. Thank you to the staff for doing that. this review would have been much different. 👍 Also, the grounds keepers and maintenance guy were amazing. They take pride in what they do and it showed. thank you for making great outdoor spaces for us to enjoy!

Very hard to find the Office after dark with no lighting or signs showing you where it is located in the middle of everything.

Wasn't aware there was breakfast available. Would have been good to know.

The property was very nice. Loved the pool and hot tub and other activities. It’s in a good location for fishing especially on the Apache reservation.

I was overcharged $250. it did get taken care of, thankfully, but it was definitely something our family didn’t need to navigate as we were going on a trip to help offset stressful medical issues. Sofa bed was not comfortable for our son, which was sad given the cost of the place and knowing they were actually offering reduced rates the nights we were there on similar rooms thru Booking.com made it a little annoying.
