Entry area to lobby was filthy. For three days there was a cigarette butt on the window sill. Area needed to be swept. The tv room was messy.

I never saw a breakfast. The room was spacious and nicely decorated.

The bathroom was dirty. The toilet was dirty the tub was dirty. The thing that holds the towels on the wall was falling off. It took a very long time to get the room cool.

carpet had to be saturated with cigarette smoke from twenty years ago, it hits you when you walk in and you don’t get used to it. Room condition was dated and older, not in the best shape. water stains in tub, lamp shades torn or stained. seemed cleaned but overall was old and dated.

No water pressure No wifi wow. where to begin. I will try not to repeat (sketchy dirty parking lot , room + sheet cleanliness , employee attitude , ) THE BAD : no water pressure like serious a joke. no need for those non slip strips if there’s no water coming out .. the sink was dismal. it honestly flowed more underneath to the floor than it did from the faucet to the drain. then the wifi omg the wifi. the staff kept gaslighting me telling me they were working on it (they weren’t) I’ve gone back multiple times and there’s no Wi-Fi …

Non slip strips Fridge Room temperature THE GOOD : wonderful non slip strips in the shower ! (very impressive) , the fridge was exceptionally cold and I enjoyed that (no need to even bother asking for ice) , the rooms temperature system was able to flip flop back and forth depending on my mood and that’s wonderful.

Room smelled of stale smoke, two light bulbs out, black mold growing along window ledge and above air conditioner. Didn’t stay. Manager was laying on couch watching Sponge Bob reading to another person a bad review.

Stained beds, with what looled like blood or rust, with cigarette burns on sheets, missing bedskirt, box springs torn with stuff falling out to ground, railings in hallways torn off, mold and pubic hair in bathroom, rusted toilet and all around room in terrible condition. We stayed once before, and it was ok, talked with owner who seemed to be trying to.turn this place around back then. The hallways had multiple water leaks stains, and entire facility was dirty and unkept. We will not be back, as this year, and it's just gotten worse.

This place was filthy. The Glass was shattered on the front door, the person at the front desk was very unprofessional, no shoes, smoking pot, had her food, cooking pots & children literally living in the lobby of the hotel. The place was filthy & smelled terribly of pot. The stairwell was filthy with garbage all over the stairs, incredibly hot going up and down while breathing in all the pot too, the upstairs wall was all ripped up & we were afraid we were going to get high just walking up & down the stairs! There were stains in the room on everything, rug, bedding, toilet, sink, tub. Everything was unplugged in the room and all the lamp shades were crooked. I have never stayed in such a filthy place. I have no problem with old furniture and the basics, but this was incredibly run down & beat up. Many old stains where things should be replaced/upgraded. Sad because the property looked nothing like what they reflect on their website and it could be a really nice property. We made the mistake of booking a non-refundable reservation so we stayed, but otherwise would've walked out the minute we went to check in. Totally not worth it!

It was quiet at night. They did give me the extra pillows requested. They attempted to mask the cigarette/cigar smell in the room after I specifically requested that they sanitize well since I am allergic to these things. I am aware that people stay in non-smoking rooms and break the rules so I did call ahead to make a specific request. It appeared that there was an attempt to have covered any smell.
