We had several things missing from the apartment. Blow dryer, bath towels, soap, beach towels but they promptly helped us out. It was also under construction which I was not made aware of prior to arriving. There appears to be a resident who is a drug dealer that makes you feel slightly uncomfortable and the smell of weed is pretty strong at certain points of the day in the pool area. Aside from that everything was fantastic!

It’s a quaint existence in a busy world. Love it!

It would be nice if there were pool / beach towels in the apartment (we received them when asked) and the gym could be better maintained.

Incredible location right on the intercoastal, looking west so you get the sunsets. The apartment was really comfortable and well equipped, as was the pool area. Easy to check in, received instructions and code on the day of arrival. Very responsive host.

The door code did not work as explained only because of help of the neighbors I was able to get in contact with the person that assigned the code. Curtains are missing therefore missing privacy.

It was a bit confusing at first because in my confirmation it stated that upon arrival I was to show them ID and a credit card, but there was no one there to ask questions. I did go to a reception at the other property but she was not aware of it as well. I did get an email from the property with all the instructions and everything worked out.

I really liked the location, pool and the people were friendly. I also liked that we were able to use the facilities at the other location, although because of the renovations, it was quite noisy.

The entire complex was under construction. We had to leave the facility a few days because it was very loud. The last two days we could not use the front door because workers were replacing the railing outside of our room. So we could not stay in our room because it was so loud. When we arrived we were given the wrong key code. Since we arrived at 4:00 AM we slept in the car and then realized we could go into the lobby until 9:00 AM when we could call someone for assistance. We did not know there was an emergency number to call until we listened to the entire voicemail. The light outside of our room made it feel like it was daytime, did not shut off until daylight. Also the central air system was loud when it turned on.

The location was great to the beach, stores and just about anything else. The room was a good size. Kitchen was small but functional. Really liked the pool area, sitting out by the pool and watching the boats go by. We did not use the pool but it was nice to go there. Also there are two bathrooms in the unit.

We were unlucky to come while there was a construction work in the building, so it was really annoying to wake up from construction noise.

The Apartment was exactly as described, very stylish. It was also very clean! And has all the appliances needed for cooking. 7 minutes working to the beach, and really nice area around. We liked it a lot.

Management was an issue. Arrived and only able to get checked in on the app. Was not informed of this prior. Had 6 units on the email as well. So no way of knowing my unit. Told by other guest having the same issue. Our unit door was open on arrival. Left the next day and returned at 3am and the codecprovided did not work. Called the emergency number several times and no response. Called again an hour later and someone answered. The original code provided was incorrect.

Was slightly concerned with the code used on the door as it was very easy to guess, and thought that anybody could walk in at any time, or go in whilst we were out (we had to hide our passports, etc) as we were worried about this. There was also cars that used the electric parking station outside that didn't move for 2 days straight, which didn't allow anybody else to charge their car - it'd be nice to have a system in place for this (or at least a sign). There was only two rolls of toilet paper provided, would have been nice to have some more. It would have been nice to have some more towels provided. Cleaning products should have been provided, no broom, mop, sprays, etc. The dishwasher wasn't installed properly, so would fall forward if you opened both drawers at the same time - which could be very dangerous if you weren't careful. It was also very hard to get in touch with any sort of management who worked there, and took 3 days to get a reply on Booking.com, so this should be sorted to fix any future issues!

We had a great stay here. The surrounding location is stunning, and it had a super relaxed feel. Trader Joes & Publix are both within a 5 minute drive (or a 15/20 minute walk away), which is fantastic! Getting check-in information was easy as we were messaged information beforehand, the room wasn't too difficult to find, but the building number & room number were written the wrong way around (just a small mistake) but could confuse some people. The living room was lovely, and nicely decorated with a big TV. Would have been nice to have access to some normal TV, rather than having to login on streaming services. The kitchen was big, and had everything you needed to cook (besides a can opener) - so had a great time cooking during our stay. There was also a dishwasher & a few tablets provided. The shower was powerful, and there were a few random mini toiletries provided. The bedroom was nice, with another huge TV - the bed was also big, so didn't feel squashy at all. There was also a washer and dryer in the unit, with washing tablets, and dryer sheets provided, and lots of storage space for clothes. The outside area was nice, the pool was warm, and it had a gorgeous view of the rivers, and boats going past - you will hear the bells of the bridge rising every 20 minutes, but it's not too bad. There were only around 6 sun beds for the whole complex, and one of them was broken, so it'd be nice for a few more of them. It was only around a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach, which is FAB! Whilst we were there, it felt like home. We would definitely return.

The pool was warmer than the hot tub which was disappointing. It would be nice if the until had better towels and more of them. Also, nice if they had pool towels as we are from out of state and flying with that stuff isn’t ideal.

Key code for the door lock and unlock was fantastic! I had to contact the lister because I never received the email telling me how to get in but no big deal.

The only issue was communication between the management and us regarding checkin information and amending arrival dates. This area of their service needs to be looked at.

Although they obviously recently renovated some of it like the bathrooms and kitchen, it still felt dated and worn. Didn’t like the Roku TV and especially don’t like when someone tried to get in my room the first night at midnight because the room had been double booked! Luckily the later arrival’s code did not work to open my door but felt awful for the elderly couple who were the victims of the double booking. They could not reach anyone at the property for help, only getting a “mailbox full” message at the number provided.

Great location in the inter coastal just down the block from the Boca Raton Hotel and a great value for the price.

Building under repair, some parts of building in disrepair. When we arrived for check in, apt. was not cleaned from previous renter. Had to wait for different apt.and be on 2nd floor carrying luggage was difficult. No garbage cans in apt. Difficult to find someone on the property to help us with questions. Dryer was packed with old lint and washer didn't fully fill with water. Very few kitchen utensils.

This maybe just user error, but I could not get regular TV. Streaming services were available, but ABC, CBS and NBC could not be found to watch “regular” TV.

I love how quiet it is. Apartments are nice size. Laundry in each apartment.

The the communication could have been more proactive; we had to ask re check-in on the day of our arrival. in the apartment it owuld also be nice to have an information guide (i.E. where the trash goes, etc.)

Newly renovated, the apartment impressed with its modern design and cleanliness. It was also well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to a cozy living area with modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi and TV. The apartment complex is well situated on the coast line of the Intercoastal and provides a well equipped gym which you can use FOC.
