The Vizio tv was difficult to figure out. It was four days into my eight-day stay, before I could figure out (and only from my asking the hotel staff for help) how to find the channel guide on this tv. There was a lack of cutlery in the kitchenette, I.e, only one fork, and there was not enough drinking glasses (2 plastic, one glass), and no wine glasses.

Front desk staff, location, the hotel and general area was safe, the kitchenette, and the room type and room location (far enough from the sounds of crowing roosters).

The kitchen and bathroom could use some renovation, but it was ok. They were not dirty, just old and rusty. The mattress was extremely soft. There was some sort of problem with their system when I checked in, so I had to insist that I had a reservation.

The location was the best thing, 2 minutes walk from the beach, close to stores and restaurants. Wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be after reading some comments. It was the cheapest at that time at that area. And the room had everything, fridge microwave, table with 2 chairs, TV..

The whole place is in need of a full refurbishment. Rooms i had were very noisey due to outside traffic which I know is not hotels responsibility but old single pane louvred glass windows offer very little noise protection. AC old and very noisey. That being said it was clean and beds comfy.

Loud air conditioner on adjacent verandah...not a pleasant sound whilst I was on my lanai. Had to keep doors and windows closed to dull the noise a little but could still hear it inside my room, 206. Thankfully my air conditioner was silent. King size mattress (2 singles on a queen size base) was not ideal. Made the bed feel lopsided.

Arrived very late after flight delays and it was good to be able to check in after hours and be greeted by a smiling friendly face. Size of room was great. Proximity to beach excellent. Laundry facilities appreciated. I was only booked in for one night but extended my stay because of the welcoming staff and convenience to everything. Lots of small cafes, bars, food trucks close by and a convenience store right down stairs.

The room needs updates it had a smell to it could not figure it out. Maybe the curtains need to be washed or new ones. Bedding looked old outdated.

Our room was facing the main road so was extremely loud at night with the windows and curtains closed. But really couldn't complain for the price, it was easily the most affordable room for our trip.

Fridge was super handy for leftovers and fruit, I prefer not having housekeeping come in everyday and liked that our things were left as is. Location was perfect, so close to the beach and easy to rent biki's to ride into town or around the coastline.

It was run down and you can hear everything that’s going on outside. I would have preferred a microwave in the room versus a tiny oven/stove.

Location was awesome. A little more than a block to the beach, stores and restaurants close by. Even the zoo is in walking distance. I didn’t interact with staff except check in and check out but everyone I met was nice and helpful.

There was a full kitchen with dishes but no dish cloth or sponge and no dish soap to clean with. There was also a loud buzzing noise that sounded like something shorting out in the wall. Seemed to happen every 15-20 minutes and woke me up quite a few times in room 524. The biggest complaint I have was the parking. There wasn’t any and all 3 they suggested were full our first night we had to park over 1/2 mile away and pay $45 for the night. The website actually says parking 🅿️ as an amenity which is a lie!

Very noisy. Zero sound insulation so can hear everything from street till past midnight. Place is old. A/C usually works well to drown noise but a/c noise was just as bad as street noise.

Location was great, close to the beach and heart of Waikiki. Refrigerator was provided.

Sheets had visible stains and hair from previous guests, had a few toenails on the carpet and no toilet paper stocked up.

room size was very good, came with a kitchenette, fridge and sink and stove seemed clean. comfy couch, not too far from elevators and except housekeeping noise at 8 am quiet! Front Desk Lady was very nice, she was quite impressive speaking japanese, mandarin and english. Had issues assigning room and had us wait at the desk for a while, but i know she was trying her best

Not bad for the price. The room sleeps 4 people as it has two big beds. You have street view. Clean and good room size. It is a budget hotel. It does the job.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. As there’s no security I think safety can be an issue with anyone able to come in.

It’s super close to beach, staff were lovely. For the price the location is great. Kitchen in the room was great.
