Honestly, just the neighbors! Which understandably, comes with the affordable pricing. You get what you get. We kept to ourselves for the most part, but the walls are paper thin so you can hear a lot of conversation.

It was a centrally located motel, very close to popular bus lines and just a short walk to a Target and Sprouts. The property was simple to navigate and parking was free! Nothing complicated about our unit.

Location was fine, could be better neighborhood, but city buss stops just on the corner nearby Mattress need to be changed , mirrors under the bed was a creepy part

There is a new management on the spot. Freddy from the reception was very nice and supportive! He made us an early check in as was requested, room was clean, internet worked well, washing products was provided

Though my stays in the past have had little issues, this most recent stay had a few. There was no soap for the shower and or sink and one of the towels which was folded and ready for use ended up having long black hairs on it, no doubt from the cleaner. This questions just how much attention was put into the cleaning and thus the lower ranking this time around.

It's a great location for me since it is very close to the studio where I come into town for work. The rooms are usually clean and orderly.

The walls are paper thin!! We could hear ALL the conversation activity on both adjacent rooms. No storage space for unpacking or putting away clothing. Had to ask for hangers, we were given 4.

Paper thin walls. I can hear my neighbors conversations and SNORING. Couldn't get good rest. Perhaps sound proofing the walls may help. Parking lot is super tight. Hard to park anything large

My only complaint is the weird sewage smell the next morning and the door to the room would not open after leaving and returning.

Noises kept going off in the room all night causing both me and my partner to wake up and it smelled like dry rot

staff was rude. Asked for a non smoking room and a queen size room instead gave me a full size bed and very little room when they told me was huge. Room smelled like cigarettes was refusing to change me rooms until i told him i want my refund back changed me to a king size room was okay but still upset with customer service. i have not received my $10 deposit back its been 4 days. I was waiting for 15 minutes for him to give me my room he was talking to someone in the back and there was no lobby. motel seems like the ones just for a night stand .
