Room smelled like smoke. Bathroom shower rod was broken. No drinking cup in the room. TV remote did not work

The room was large 1st floor, I bought stuff to clean with, we got 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper, 2 towels, couple packets of shampoo and conditioner. The air conditioner wasn't pulling the moisture out of the room so everything felt damp and there was always a film of moisture on floor, the shower rod had been bent so shower curtain didn't pull end to end until I had to use a bag and tie up one side to keep from water pooling in bathroom floor since we only got 1 towel a piece no wash clothes no shower mat. The vent to bathroom didn't work. No coffee maker, fridge leaked water into floor. We bought paper towels, hand soap and trash bags. If all you need is a room for a night no extras a bed, bath and fridge with microwave this is for you. Also there wasn't a extra lock on door and the 2 light strips for entire room were led and awful for getting ready. We didn't even take any photos I didn't want any one knowing I stayed here.... we won't be back to Royal Inn or USA oh and no ice maker on premises either

First i got the wrong room but i said that was fine but then i had no fridge no microwave or no tv remote. I asked the front desk at check in and he said he wiuld have maintenance down right away. We left to go sightseeing and later we returned still without the items in the room. 45 minutes later almost midnight the poor maintenance man brings the appliances saying he was just told. They charge a 15 dollar deposit in case u smoke or damage anything but all the blankets already have burn holes in them, the furniture has been recycled from several different closed down hotels. I mean we know what we paid for but who knew u could get lower than didappointing scores. The owners could care less as long as they make money and the customer service needs lots of improvement. Don't stay here unless you're desperate and good luck if the tv satellite works

My sons service dog was refused and i had to keep her in a van i was told to show documentation for my sons disability saying that he needed said dog even after showing my seevice dog’s registration then was told that wasnt enough until the owner found out but by then id been staying here a month while my child was separated from his dog i found weed in the first room we were in second room i was showed was dirty third room was great but now we found out to many kids for one room and had to modify our stay to leave today and was told most likely booking will say they refunded me but i will never see my money now we will be on the streets the lady named carla should not be working here she refuses ada service animals and or charges guest for it breaking a number of federal ada and state laws i was harrassed with animal control and my son was separated from his service dog the hot water was rare had to wait three days to catch a warm shower but that lady stacy she needs a raise she trys to go above and beyond also the man josh he has horrible manners and broke ada and state laws concerning my sons disabilities and service dog owner was not aware of these issues until it was far too late unfortunately

The lady named stacy super awesome very nice loved everything about her and the maintenance staff help getbus the room we actually reserved and were so sweet

The hotel was nasty. Dirty bathroom. Burn holes in the bed sheets, room smelled of smoke and it was a non smoking room, spider crawled out of the bed and mice in the room!

No staff but the one clerk. No food except one vending machine that was almost empty. Scalding hot water from both taps, no cold water at all. Dirty, ugly rooms, if we had a choice to go somewhere else we would have. Everything else was book under 500 bucks a night . The police showed up with lights on our first day there. People walked up to us begging money and smokes from nearby rooms Sitting under the airports final approach we were shaken by large aircraft less than 1000 feet above our room every 10 to 15 mins. We received no receipt, no documents of transaction of any kind. No coffee anywhere, no drinks Available except almost empty vending machine. Yes only one machine could be found. My worst stay at any hotel in 40 years of traveling.

Price, until I saw you get what you pay for.

I was blamed for the nastiness of the room and was not able to resume my stay

First of all the room was so musty and infested with germs I could not breathe I paid $177 and had to leave after 24 hours because an employee confronted me about the situation would not recommend the area for any reason I asked about a week charge and the quote was $380 not worth a single penny for me the electrical system was "clicking" and safety factor was a negative I had to sleep in my car they were very concerned about their non refundable policy on booking.com and not a single care about the problem that was presented to me.

Unlocked the door, and 2 guys where laying on the bed, unreal. We went to the front desk and asked for our money back. A friend open they're room, and nasty, something was crawling in the bed. This place was unreal, never again will I book a room there.

The staff, the hotel, and the room!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . Should have looked at reviews but this was the only available at time of booking the hotel😩 Should have stayed in car! Roaches everywhere, sheets were dirty and the noise level was horrible.. Not to mention the front desk staff were not accommodating nor empathetic. Do not book! Horrible, Disrespectful, and Disgusting!
