the art is fantastic very calm relaxing vibes , room is always clean bathrooms always clean and smells great , great location and the outside park with the fire pits and other activities!! definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in not only Michigan but California and New York

United StatesThis hotel is a reworked 1960’s motor lodge. Having grown up in this area I know it was low end hotel noted for drug dealing and prostitution. It has been cleaned up but I see no value to this place.

United StatesFirst issue - toilet didn't work properly. Wouldn't flush. Had to get placed into another room. Then at first the digital key worked to get inside the room, second time around it didn't at all. So had to go get a physical key. Well what about the room? Very dusty in several areas, the AC was on its last legs barely hanging together with tape. Didn't sleep well at all. My shower wouldn't go hot for a solid 20 minutes despite turning the knob to the very max.
Great location, staff were overall friendly. Sizeable enough room.

United StatesRug was dirty and always "slightly moist". Bathroom floor was dirty in spots. At least 3 webs in the tiny bathroom as well as other crawling insects. Felt like I had to wear shoes all the time or at least socks because of the condition of the rug and the bathroom floor.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff are friendly and attentive, the hotel offers lots of extras including a fun outdoor space to hang out in with games, fire pits and entertainment on the weekends. It was a very fun place to stay and its so close to everything! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, you name it!

lI was surprised to see that this property is a very old motel. The room was a very old motel room and not very clean. The coffee machine was old and plastic…coffee terrible and when I went into the office for a cup of ther coffee, I was told it would be $3 from a punch machine. I paid over $200. Stay at the Hyatt down the street.

Nice place to stay when we came to town for a show at the Royal Oak Music Theater. Close by, clean, and comfortable place to stay. We would stay here again! The electronic no-touch check in & out works very well. Just makes everything even easier.

United StatesI killed two bugs in my room. One was a spider that had a web in the corner on the floor next to the bed which was very obvious and had been their for a while. The second was some kind of bug that was sitting on the baseboard next to the bed. Also my app didn"t work to on lock my door. I didn't know that you had a D-J playing loud songs into the knight. A heads up would have made a differance in my stay. Very disturbing. Your cleanliness was below power. You will not see me again! I will tell other people know about your hotel and my experience l!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
