Would have liked top levels to have been finished and perhaps a roof terrace or rooftop bar. Water being off for a few hours and a sewage smell in the bathroom was a nuisance but suppose this was teething troubles as hotel had only been open for a month.Also coffee and cups were not always replenished each day unless specified.

Didn’t use restaurant. Liked the location and spacious rooms. Also the modern fixtures and fittings.

I didn’t like the rooms all that much. They were comfortable but not to a standard I would expect for that price tag.

The property is new and was very clean. Hotel staff were wonderful, however, the restaurant staff were a not as great.

I really do not have any complaints

What I loved was the staff, they welcomed me, and my friends with such big smiles, and were so kind throughout my whole stay, especially Kristina( I’m so sorry for butchering the name) and Geo. The housekeepers were also really sweet and all the stuff we met with say hi the style of the hotel is so perfect from their lobby to the room we stayed in was top-tier.

I absolutely loved the staff. The employees at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I normally clean the room really good prior to staying but I didn’t have to do anything here. My husband and I were very pleased and comfortable.

WORST hotel i've ever been to! I can even say it is a SCAM! 1) Advertised on booking and other portals as a 5stars hotel. In reality it is only 4 stars offering 2 stars services. 2) They overcharged my card 50% extra rate even though booking.com was fixed rate. Emailed their management, only excuse was they booked me a new booking as their system couldnt find my booking.com one. Nobody helpful to adjust my rate to the booked one so i ended up 50% higber rate just because. 3) NO AMENITIES: no water in the room ( AT ALL ). Minibar was only an empty small fridge. NO tootbrush, toothpaste or other such amenities 4) Roomservice not working by night. I checked in at 12.30AM, no water in the room, no way to order or buy from anywhere in the hotel! Turned me very angry. When asked reception to find me water they could only answer "good luck for that, i cannot help you" 5) After i reported all the above to management by emails, all they could do was to reply... "yes, we know we failed". Even so, nobody took care to fix any of the above during my 2 nights stay... BAD, BAD, BAD!

There were stains on armchair and sheet. I was disgusted at the way this hotel prepared for their guests. The receptionist was not pleasant at the time of checkout. They forgot to tell me about a destination fee when I checked in.

When I got there I was blown away, as the stay kicked in I proceeded to get more and more disappointed. First, there was no pool and on several internet advertisements it says and shows one. Two, the price I was guaranteed by the app was THREE times more! Three, when I told them I would be there at a certain checkin time, it charged me. Obviously, I couldn’t wait 6 hours as my youngest is autistic. Four, the room air was horrible! I have lupus and MCTD therefore I overheat then get absolutely horribly sick. My room thermometer was detecting 74 while the air was on the lowest and hardly cut on. I even told them I was sick and they proceeded to then again charge me.

I liked the location of it.

The service is really bad. First of all I paid via booking but they charged the costs also on my creditcard. Calling them made me wait for 15 minutes before being helped. Also in the hotel the staff was mostly leaning on the desk and playing on their phone.

The location is awesome and the room is very spacious and luxurious.

Very poorly designed, thin walls, lots of loud noise late at night, bad lighting that turned on by itself at 6:30 am. The towels, bedding, and bathroom weren’t clean. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Waited a very long time to check in because they only had one person working at the desk.

The receptionist charged two of my cards for the same stay. The matter was immediately reported to the hotel. Unfortunately, two weeks have passed and the money has not been returned.

There was no preparation for the water being turned off by the city, and there is no room service yet. It took a couple of attempts to get someone to bring us more coffee cups and other supplies to the room.

The restaurant breakfast was quite good, and so was the service. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was good, an easy trip to the capital, but there are not many restaurants nearby to choose from.
