The front desk worker was very rude!

I didn’t like anything about it because the guy at the front desk was very rude!

Everything else. The door has a large gape between the door and the frame- so flies get in. ALL NIGHT. The hotel provides no soap/ shampoo and only a hand towel. WTF

The first room the light in bathroom didn't work, sink was falling apart and fridge didn't shut (131) Next room the toilet didn't flush and the rude staff gave me a plunger and told me to fix it and bring the plunger back. They finally gave us another room that didn't have a microwave and the ac had a shortage in the plug and kept shutting off making us sweat all night. Staff was awful

I was given a hard time by the front desk because I failed to mention my husband was traveling with me. He was made to show identification which is absurd and I've never had to provide ID for every guest. Also I had a friend with me when I was trying to check in and they made her leave because they have a "no guest" policy. The photo online shows a beautiful pool and there is no pool. It sucked

Room was not clean. There was no information in the room explaining how to operate the TV remote, or description of the rules and regulations for the room such as where to get ice. THERE WAS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM IN CASE OF EMERGENCY! The bathroom door was warped and would not close.

No remote forTV I had to unplug it to shut it off. No pillows on the bed. No blanket on the bed. Room door had a small opening even after it was shut and locked. All this was brought to the attention of the staff that was there and I was told it would be taken care of. It wasn’t taken care of at all. Also Wi-fi connection was very poor. I will never stay at this place again and even though it financially economical I still didn’t feel it was worth my money due to the way things were.

It was very dirty and the air conditioner didn't work. Not only that, but I almost slipped and fell when I stepped into my room due to some sort of oil on the floor. I was transfered to a different room with an air conditioner that worked (slightly) better than the original room. When I got into my new room, my double bed room was only give ONE single pillow for TWO beds.

It was awful! We never leave reviews but this room and hotel was horrible. The room was so moldy, my allergies have gone crazy then I’ve seen in years. Plus there was literal pupic hair on the bed sheet, in the towels, on the floor and toilet. How dare you Motel 6, do you know how many years I’ve recommended the company. I would like my money back to be honest.

The area and people was scary for 2 women traveling alone. The railings were rusted and probably not hold a person falling against it. We did not stay. We left to find a reputable place. We requested a refund.

Where do I begin? *lots of human body hair in the bed *was followed by 3 guys *a woman screaming at someone on facetime saying you are to pay me I will not pay your Uber. *no soaps at all *our room door you can tell has been kicked in. So we couldn't lock our lock hing. *we pulled up and had 2 vehicles watch our new expedition as we pulled in and unloaded and watched us walk to our room. Both vehicles 1 was a van and then the other was a truck parked behind and continued to watch us and our expedition. *rooms were very very dirty human hair everywhere. *people outside our door being very loud having unappropriate conversation so we and my 4 kids which 3 of them were teen age girls whistling and saying dirty things to them. *we ended up with in 20 minutes of all this and we packed up and just drove home which was 2 hours away. My family was very scared. So this was the worst of the worst.

Never got towels. The mattress had a chunk ripped out of it. Random stains everywhere on the sheets and comforter. TV was broken. Literally one bar of soap.
