How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Unfortunately there is no room for table and chairs or more counter space. Bathroom could use a shelf or two.
Kitchen had a full size refrigerator and double sink. plenty of storage space in closest plus shelves.

We ended up with a kitchen that we didn’t need or want. Second floor was hard for us as the stairs were steep.

Everything! From the lovely reception staff to the pool and huge comfy room. Amazing location too, was really quiet but walkable to the main street. Will never stay anywhere else in Moab!

Nothing - I would definitely stay at this property again.
A great property just off the main road (so nice and quiet). The staff in reception were so friendly and welcoming. They had laundry facilities for a great price, and pool available. The room was comfortable.

It would be super helpful if you installed flood lights or motion lights on the back of the building. It would make me feel a lot better about parking the ATV trailer and our pickup back there.
I loved the kitchen space and the size of the refrigerator. The beds were comfy as well. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns.

It was just a little weird that there was no bathroom sink - the only sink was in the little kitchen.
Nice location in center of town. Very roomy room.

We had a great stay
Great location to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, quick walk to main part of Moab restaurants, shopping and tourist information. Older motel but we’ll maintained.

The room does not have a hand wash basin in the bathroom. There is a double sink in the kitchenette but combining bathroom activities with kitchen activities was a bit painful
We like a firm bed and found them to be very comfortable. The kitchenette facilities were good too and the Inn is in the centre of town and therefore close to evrything

Kitchen sink was large and a double but it also acted as bathroom sink. No breakfast but we knew that going in.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and food places. Location was great. We had plenty of toiletries and towels and anything else we needed. My wife thought beds real comfortable and since I didn't have back or neck ache they must have been good. Pool was fine but nothing special and small and maybe 82 degrees I would guess. Sitting area in BBQ area was nice. Best thing was the full size mini fridge.

Kitchen faucet was reversed for hot and cold.
Very responsive and friendly staff. Very well maintained, especially the grounds. Quiet, even though it was only a block off Main Street.

I'd have preferred a lower rate for the room, but it appeared to be about market value for what you get.
The location of the Inn was convenient for Arches National Park visitors. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There's a lot to be said for the place

The room was fairly small, furnishings dated, and we were not crazy about having to use the kitchen sink to clean up and brush our teeth.
The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, yet on a quiet residential street. The salt water swimming pool was wonderful, and so was the covered picnic area adjacent. The reception desk manager was super nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Two blocks from the main street, the large room was quiet, comfortable, and convenient for shopping and restaurants. The unexpected bonus was the refrigerator and microwave! Helpful, friendly staff.

Just little things, mostly that the AC unit was a littl loud. Overall it was a great stay.
Amazing customer service. Donuts on the weekend! Clean room. Lots of TV channels. Good shower water pressure. Full fridge. Better than we expected.
