WHEN I RESERVE THE HOTEL DAY TOLL ME THAT I NEED A CAR IN FILE AND MY SON AN WIFE HAS TO PAY NO GOOD INFORMATION THEY SHOLD TELL ME

Room floor was dirty. Took from Thursday check in to Saturday evening to get housekeeping to come vacuum. There were big ants in my room, and there are no blankets on the bed had to ask and it was just as thin as the sheet. Housekeeping had to be asked to come empty trash and clean linen. You have to pay for parking

The check in was fast and smooth, they accommodated my request for handicapped accessible and to not have a far walk. The receptionist were nice

This hotel operates under the Sheraton banner. My opinion is that this hotel being a family budget hotel does not meet the high standard of a Sheraton Hotel that I would expect.

The shuttle bus service was really few and it doesn’t match the opening time of the Disneyworld, which causes me some misunderstanding when making choices

smaller than pictures show shuttle service is misleading. this service was not helpful and we had to drive when we thought we could be shuttled cleaning team came left supplies and left our door open. We came back from a park to a door that opened without our key

Place needs more places for suitcases to be put up off the ground. The safe battery was low so we could not trust it. I was disappointed in our room with a pool view night one we stayed on the 24th of November because it covered by bushes and a maintenance shack below. Our second time staying was much nicer and more to our standard. Your pools are beautiful however the hot tub tile needs some tlc, the fountains on 24/7 was annoying because only half the people can actually use the hot tub. Hot tub water was murky looking, may have been the lights but didn't look great. Fountains into pool area are pretty but water was dirty looking and waterslide had dirt all down it. Stairs into hot tub are a conversation piece. LOL To be fair there was a hurricane that went through only a couple weeks ago so that may be why.

The view, the room size. The location. The amazing friendly service from Isabel who let us check in early, check out late, gave us free parking and also upgraded our room for free. She was so friendly I was very impressed with her! She knew everything well and was very professional and genuine. I don't ever give reviews but I am prompted to by her great service as in 13 days she was the friendliest and most helpful person we met in Florida! Pool water temp was perfect! So many hotels don't recognize this but this is a major deciding factor for parents that often have to spend time in a pool with toddlers and kids and not freezing is amazing. Great job on this! We really enjoyed the pool simply based on temp and all the beautiful flowers and palm trees.

What I didn't like about my stay at the hotel was that we could see that it was very careless. The furniture in the rooms, walls, bathrooms in the rooms were very old. The bathroom retained odors and was very uncomfortable for us.

I liked the location of the hotel because it was very convenient. I liked the quality of service from the staff, the quality of the food, the little market inside and the swimming pools.

Although I know it isn't the fault of the property, the hotel/resort fees and parking fees add 50-60 dollars a night. That's too high. I would also rather see the nightly price include those expenses as opposed to being add on costs.

For the resort prices, it was in poor condition. The bathrooms were yucky, the back elevator needs work, we were disappointed that breakfast was so expensive when it should be included

Upon entering the room, the musty A/C smell hit us. Parking was not the best it could be.

The poolside view was excellent, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
