Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Since we are friends traveling together it was nice having our own bed. The home is very comfortable and in a location convenient to many things.

The house was extremely clean and decorated tastefully. Owners were only a text away and responded in a timely manner. Can't think of anything that wasn't available to us.

The area was a little sketchy but I was completely okay with it compared to where I’m from lol I also kinda wish there was a grill available because we did have to go purchase one ourselves that we really didnt need maybe like chained up by the house so no one takes it I don’t know just a suggestion also while there during the night the air would shoot out heat and it did get pretty hot but of course we didn’t complain because there are fans in each room which helped (we come from a rough area so we’re used to it 😂)

Very homey home! It’s was very comfortable and accommodating for me and my guest. There were cupcakes and balloons with wine left for me for my birthday and I truly appreciate that.

Everything was amazing! Ms. Brown was a great host! It was easy to contact her! Everything exceeded our expectations. Definitely felt like home away from home! Neighborhood was quiet!

We struggled with high humidity at night, but unsure if that's just normal for the region.

Close proximity to everything we wanted to see, and a very cozy space. We had everything we needed in a home away from home! Host was great, communicated clearly and promptly, and accommodated our early check in. Great value for the money and would gladly stay again.

Nothing everything was great.

The amenity was very clean and neighborhood was very quiet. Check in was nice and easy. I did a family trip for spring break with my children, best friend, and her children. Will definitely book again if we plan to come to the area!!!

The neighborhood is the hood or hood-ish. Just didn't know that beforehand. Nothing wrong as the neighbors didn't bother us but yea it was nothing close. Food wise or grocery store wise.

Pictures are accurate. House was clean and neat. Looks even nicer on the inside. Small but spacious. Appliances were up to date. There was even snacks and juice on the counter for us when we arrived which the kids liked.

Everything was great- there wasn’t a wal-mart or target within a ‘short’ distance, but we ordered instacart and had all of our more specific groceries delivered night one (we have a gf kiddo in our mix). the convenience stores close by had basic items we needed when it was time to restock. the neighborhood is definitely going through a renaissance- lots of construction and older homes being gutted/updated. most of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the 20’s. I was a little concerned about staying in the Grove Park neighborhood before coming, but we felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time. In the future, a sitting area in the backyard would be lovely- it was early spring during our trip, and we would have spent more time in the yard if there was a patio space in the front or back.

the house is impeccable- clean and modern with lots of great features. I was traveling with three kids (ages 12-13) on a Roadschool trip, and the location made it easy to zip around the city to hit all of our destinations. The owner was very responsive to my notes and was able to help out when needed. I was so pleased with how cheerful and welcoming the house was- kitchen had all the cookware we needed and my kids LOVED the ice machine! washer and dryer were new and efficient, so we left our weeklong stay with only clean, folded clothing in our suitcases (my favorite way to end a trip).

The location was great for the event that I attended! The home was lovely, clean and it gave me a since of home away from home! I will definitely try to stay there again if I come back to Atlanta!! Thanks for the cupcakes and wine!

Spacious upscale private house with a plethora of amenities! Quiet neighborhood minutes from midtown. the host is absolutely amazing, very responsive and accommodating!
