No complaints. We liked it all. Only wish we could stay longer.

We loved it! It's like staying in a top notch tiki bar. Walked in to the tunes of tropical music, interactive masks and parrot, and absolutely phenomenal tiki details. And all that is before we opened the curtain and saw the beautiful water view off the balcony. The condo was extremely clean and had all the essentials. Comfortable bed. Easy to check in and park. Facility has a pool, store, and cafe but we sadly did not get a chance to use them because we only stayed one night. It's also only 9 minutes from the airport. We look forward to staying there again for a longer time! 100% recommend for all tiki fans or just anyone who loves fun theming.

Chris, the host went above and beyond with information about his condo. He sent videos of his condo and everything we needed to know about the resort itself. We enjoyed the pool and deck area that has Adirondack chairs and tables with umbrellas to relax at. The pool bar had good food and great bartenders. We also enjoyed the outdoor workout area! We didn't have a car but there is ample parking if you do. I will definitely book again next time I'm in Tampa!

The low lighting was a problem only because my husband has the beginnings of macular degeneration. It would most likely not be an issue for people with better vision. One suggestion, since there’s only one bathroom…a mirror in the bedroom would be nice when the bathroom is occupied and a woman just needs to fix her hair or makeup.

The view was wonderful. We miss living by the water so we were in our element being able to gaze at the water all day. And we caught a great sunset our first night there. The patio gave us shade for warmer afternoons when we wanted to sit outside. The condo was well-equipped, and the food at the on-site restaurant was excellent the two nights we ordered in from there. Sailport is definitely on our list for visiting again. Also, the condo owner, Chris, was incredibly responsive when my husband caused a problem with the TV. 🥺 Thanks, Chris!

Shower was a little funky, but worked fine. Maybe cut back on the scented air fresheners for those of us who may be sensitive. These are both minor points.

Nice balcony views. Surprisingly good little pool-side restaurant. Great location. Fun decorations throughout. Nice, cold refrigerator. Comfy bed and nice-sized TVs. Good energy.

The Kondo Tiki was unique, clean, comfortable and had pretty views. From the moment you walk in the door, you smile. Even though I had made some snafu’s with the logistics at the beginning, Chris was patient and helpful. He was very easy to communicate with.

Really fun place to stay. The unit is decorated in such a way that you feel like you’re on Gilligan’s island. Communications with Chris were excellent. Less expensive than any of the airport area hotels. We will definitely stay here again.

my only suggestion would be a body mirror for the condo. i am only 5 feet tall and didnt have an accessible mirror for myself. everything else was 10/10!

The Kondo Tiki is an enchanted tiki room experience in Tampa. You can't help to smile when greeted by the friendly parrot and music. It is worth the stay and would do it again.

The decor was amazing. A lot of planning went into getting that tiki feeling. I wish we had more days to spend there. The pool and sunset was great and the bar served excellent food.

The Tiki theme is really cool but for me was a little too much stuff in the unit. I am claustraphobic and felt closed in until I opened the blinds to the deck to let in more light.

The property was a great spot near the airport. Deck awsome looking out at the water. I was only there one night so was not able to use the pool and deck and firepit.

That I couldn't stay longer this trip. I found the entire experience very enjoyable and wished that I had reserved more time at this location.

Enjoyed a great breakfast at the on-site restaurant and bar at the pool. I really like this property and the pool area it is wonderful for relaxing and quiet. Great place will always stay here when in the Tampa area.
