No microwave, room service messed up my dinner twice they did not make my burger well done I was so disappointed

Breakfast was good, I liked they bring it directly to my room, dinner was just ok they messed up my burger I wanted it well done but it was pink on the inside. They messed it up two times time, and no microwave those are my only complaints

Very large standard room. Lots of light. Huge bathroom with shower, soaking tub, tv in the mirror, and bidet. Friendly staff. Great location a few blocks from the larger hotel hosting a conference I attended. The rate was better than the "conference rate" offered at the other hotel If I return to St. Louis, I'll be back.

The hotel was great. It is in a great location for getting around in the downtown area. The staff was efficient and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Windows throughout the property could use washing but everything else sparkled. The business center could most definitely use a new printer.

The hotel and room were wonderful. Staff went out of their way to help with anything we asked about. The room was huge (king bed, desk, arm chair and bench with room ro still do floor exercises. ) bathroom was the size of a small bedroom. Quiet. And never heard anything outside the room. AND there was a record player and a few records!

Great location. Wonderful staff! It was my birthday and the stay was so perfect. The tv in the bathroom mirror was astonishing. The balcony has a good view! Overall excellence. Best hotel I stayed in downtown St Louis!

The restaurant was very nice and the steaks were awesome. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and gave us good information on sites to visit and good restaurants to enjoy. Be sure to visit Kilwin's for wonderful ice cream..

Have stayed at many hotels in the downtown area and the Hotel St. Louis by far exceeded my expectations. From parking, check in and the excellent amenities were above my expectations. The rooftop pool and vintage vinyl record player in the room was a bonus too. Our corner king suite was simply a pleasure to stay in. Huge room, the hallway and large bath was almost over the top. Will be the only place we stay in the future downtown.

The restaurant's breakfast was extremely underwhelming. First my over medium egg were fully cooked but cold. Second toast was burnt. Third pancakes had a texture similar to grits. Would not recommend the breakfast.

I didn’t like the dusty chandelier/light fixture in my room, the very small clock in the room and the tv in the bathroom mirror didn’t work.

Only 1 minor issue which was quickly resolved. I'd booked for 4 people but the sofa bed had not been made up and only 2 towels had been provided. When I ask for the sofa bed to be made up I was provided with sheets and blankets but had to make up the bed myself. I had to ask a second time to get additional towels.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were very spacious. Bathroom was excellent. The food at the hotel restaurant was a highlight and we received great service from the bar staff. Internet was fast and reliable. Valet staff were helpful and quick to retrieve our car when needed.

Only parking is across the street in a parking garage so you almost have to use valet. Breakfast was not included. Short staffed but I think that’s a problem everywhere.

Very attractive boutique hotel in middle of downtown. My regular room was a two-room suite with large rooms. TV in mirror in bath. Beautifully decorated. Nice bar and restaurant in lobby

There honestly isn't anything I can think of. Not because I'm being nice, but because the place is so nice there isn't any room to complain about anything unless I spent my whole trip searching for some reason to criticize the place.

I loved everything about it. From the bathroom to the black out curtains. It was a very cozy stay, and the record player was a lovely touch as well.

That our King rooms did not have the sofa bed, the pool was cold and dirty, no iron in room - you have to request those. The bar on rooftop closed.

Location was great! Breakfast was alright , my French toast were soggy and not cooked all the way. I liked the shower bathtub combo, rooms were spacious!
