Just the size of the room, very small and tight quarters with two people. No room for luggage.

I had an unfortunate incident and the entire hotel staff was extremely helpful! The room was nice, just a bit too small. However, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. I will definitely return when I visit the area again.

I checked in early and there were no rooms available. The manager was nice and called housekeeping and there was a king room available. I booked a queen. he said he was going to upgrade me. While the conversation was happening the young lady found a queen room and gave me the queen room instead. I felt and still feel the king should have been given to me as was promised by the manager. Since it was only one night I let it go, but probably should not have for costumer service reasons.

Parking. There is a parking lot right across the street if you don't use valet so don't get swindled farther down the street. We walked a block w luggage cuz I'm too cheap to 50 per day for valet but saw parking lot right across the street after we paid a block away.

Beautifully remodeled hotel that has been there a very long time. They remained true to the original model during remodel, I loved it.

We were charged three separate pending transactions for the one night stay even though our stay was pre paid through booking.com. I understand that hotels put a hood on your card while you’re there but three different holds that equal more than what we paid for the night. And on top of that we checked out of the hotel on a Saturday morning and Saturday evening of the same night they charged us another 170.00 that eventually they had to refund back to our card.

The smell of the hotel Just walking in was great. Esthetically The hotel was beautiful. The location was great for that down town feel. Parking was convenient. The old feeling of the building was great.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I identified 3 drawbacks that would cause me to reconsider staying at the hotel. My room was situated with a view of the downtown trolley and the public transportation was very loud at night when I was trying to sleep. In the future, I would want a room situated away from the street. I found the cost of parking quite excessive for 2 nights and this decreased the value of the hotel for me. Lastly, the valet staff appeared overworked and understaffed leading to quite some time to receive my car, despite using the texting system on the ticket in advance.

The location was convenient to several downtown attractions and the conference I attended at a nearby hotel. The room was clean and the housekeeping was outstanding.

Valet parking is very expensive, but there are a few public parking lots on the same block.
