The room was super small, we did not expect this based on the photos on booking.com. We were sharing a double queen bedroom with four people, would not recommend (one person at the time could walk in the room). The door of the bathroom did not give a lot of privacy.

Clean, modern hotel with two nice, but small, terraces on our floor. Lobby was very comfortable and there was free coffee (including syrups) and fresh fruitwater. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

The staff was extremely helpful and very professional. The lobby area was inviting and the selection of complimentary items was very good. The location was great close to the pier and the downtown area. Very friendly and a walkable area for families.

The room was cozy and clean but the mattress was a bit stiff and the duvet was too warm. Bathroom was quite nice with excellent ventilation.

Excellent location on State Street, near the beach and adjacent to the Amtrak train station. The reception area was always stocked with tea and fruit.

When we booked, we indicated 3 people. Booking.com apparently didn’t consider this when we were offered the “double” room. A double room at this location is a twin bed in a small room. No way can three people fit in such a room. Obviously, booking.com doesn’t know about the rooms they offer.

Location!!!!! Take the Amtrak into SB if you can…so accessible.

Ideal location, close to the beach, Funk Zone, and State Street/downtown area. Rooms were clean and cute - small, European style, but with all the standard amenities. The staff were super friendly!

Wish the bathroom door was sealed.....wish there was a little more space in the rooms and wish valet parking wasn't so expensive.

Loved how close it was to many restaurants and the beach. Liked the modern feel! All the staff was helpful and kind. Also liked the breakfast and the coffee station was amazing!

On a three night stay, my sheets, towels, etc. were not changed during my stay. Not a huge deal and I could have asked the staff and I’m sure they would have been accommodating, however when traveling and busy, it would have been preferred that these things were arranged rather than requested

The walls are SO thin, I could hear people talking in the hallway (not very loud) and I woke up early because kids were walking / running around in the room above me. For a modern hotel I was surprised at how thin the walls are. Maybe if I were on a top floor it wouldn't have bothered me. Also weirdly there was no place to plug in the Keurig coffee machine that was on the entrance.

The location is perfect, really close to the beach and steps away from restaurants and wine tasting rooms. The coffee downstairs was fine, the wifi worked fine (I had a work zoom call). The bed was comfy, and I knew the room would be small so that didn't bother me.

The size of the rooms were very small. It was a tight fit for the two of us. The bathrooms were equally as tiny making it difficult even for one person to comfortably move around

The location is more than ideal! Steps away from the beach, the Funk Zone, and everything State street has to offer. The rooms are clean and modern. Also, Santo Mezcal is connected so yummy drinks and food are just downstairs
