Nothing we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel had coffee, juice and apples . Appreciated those and so enjoyed the lemon flavored water and strawberry lemon water.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and it felt like the mattress was on top of a wooden box. There were a few small dead bugs in our window shade, and the hallway was pretty noticeably noisy. The hotel offers room service from the restaurant next door. However, the night we stayed the restaurant staff didn’t seem to understand the affiliation and had ignored our orders.

Incredible location right in the funk zone, 5 minute walk to the beach. Hard to beat for convenience. Danny was incredibly helpful and kind, and made the stay a bit more pleasant.

Everything! Located two blocks from the main Pier and in the heart of the sweet central locale of Santa Barbara! The hotel features artwork all year long that just gave it that extra touch of class and culture! They went the extra mile with all amenities and details in the room, classy, clean and charming! Such an elegant yet charming hotel! There are to lovely outdoor balcony seating areas to lounge and take in the beauty all around! Also there were complimentary bicycles to use! Truly can’t say enough! Stay here!!

I knew it was small but it was really tiny. Nowhere to put anything. It was a cluttered mess with our stuff in there. Did not like the glass bathroom door that didn’t shut. It’s just a swinging door. Very little privacy.

Small rooms, need more storage for two sets of luggage instead of desk and chair. Small dim night light needed for restroom so you don’t wake up other person sharing the room as the bathroom door is glass and lights up the entire room.

The room was incredibly small. Upon arrival we learned that there is no parking besides a $49 a day valet parking available. I didn’t want to park in a sketchy area and then walk all my luggage all the way to the place so I paid the $98 for 2 nights. Good location but it wasn’t worth the discomfort. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to stay here.

“ warm” water in the shower, 5:30 am Saturday morning truck deliveries. bed was ok, not great. heating/AC unit in room was old, noisy, and cheap/low quality for $500+/night.
