The room was somewhat dirty, the AC was complete garbage. The facility itself was horrible. Too much damn noise all night and dogs barking. Not worth the price at all. Didn't get too sleep much.

The staff the maids the owner there was a maid there who claimed my boyfriend grabbed her ass but she waited over 8 hours until the end of her shift to say anything about it when asked by management if we could see the video anything we were told we had to leave and that there was no video and neither one of us would be allowed back there I had if it really did happen it was outside the door I was the primary person on the room and I feel I am being kicked out off the property for something that was out of my control and I they can't even prove to me that it really happened I feel like they kicked us out because he is a black man and I'm a white woman and that is racism at its finest therefore even if the suspension is lifted I will not be returning to this location they are horrible people there the way we were treated by the staff is unimaginable we ask to speak with the owner we ask the guy at the front desk he said no he wouldn't be until a couple hours after we left comes to find out I was standing there talking to the owner already he was the owner he lied about who he was because he didn't want to have to prove to me with the video that this really happened p

My room is on the very end of the building farthest away from the office downstairs on the corner

The floors were sticky and the mattress had springs poking us all night. The pillows were flat and were only given 1 towels for 2 people.

The floor in our room was absolutely filthy. The laminate had a dull, hazy appearance as if it had been mopped with dirty water and my kid's socks were black within minutes. I used hot water, towels, and my own soap to clean the floors and the towels became black with dirt. You could see where dirt had been pushed to the edges of the floor and in the corners by a dirty mop or swiffer. I understand that it's a budget location and I didn't expect anything fancy but the owners need to make sure that there is sufficient staff and that they are given sufficient time and supplies to make sure the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. I did not see any evidence of bed bugs but the mattress was worn and I am glad I only had to sleep on it a couple of nights. In summary I am a frugal traveller but even the most spartan of locations should be clean.

There wasn't a coffee make in the room but it did have a microwave and a mini fridge and there was morning coffee in the office and vending machines for snacks. The location was close to the freeway and there wasn't any additional charge for parking. Although some guests were noisy from time to time the area felt safe and the grounds appeared tidy.

Motel 6 North is under new ownership and the staff was not friendly. I've been going to this location for the last 14 years and was always greeted by friendly young ladies. I have always been accommodated with a handicap room in the front of the for easy access to the parking lot, because spouse can't walk far due to health issues. When we checked I was greeted by two young men not very friendly nor polite. We arrived early and asked if we could get a handicap room and i was told check in is at 3pm and to ask for it at that time. we checked in at 3 and all they could offer was a room on the other side of the building to far from the parking lot for spouse to walk. after 14 yrs of going here i will not go back. The rooms are not the cleanest because I've had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it myself.

Blame games no one taking responsibility!

Booking Dot Com took prepaid, and the motel didn't have the confirmation number! I was stuck without a hotel room. Sam the manager says it happens allot with booking Dot Com. Either way I'm out my money and the anxiety of finding another hotel! Not happy

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were burn holes in the seats. The bed was very uncomfortable and the tub was dirty.

It said this room was smoke free. We found out the smoke alarm was sealed and it smelled like crap in there. We left right away. Pending my refund
