The Club Wyndham timeshare pitch was awkward. They called it “the second part of the check in process”…um no thank you.

Very comfortable and new. The suite setup with sofa bed is great for families with kids. Great value and location. I’d stay here again.

You’re asked to attend a presentation when you arrive so it takes a while to check in and then have that conversation. We were tired and just keen to get to our room.

Clean, comfortable, and felt safe as you must use your key card to get in. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

Few staff had less information about surroundings and barely of any help. Rest of staff is excellent, very informative.

Excellent, very clean . Few of the staff were less helpful ( less informed).Others were excellent hence compensated. Location is good surrounded by good food restaurants. Beautiful decorations inside . Strongly recommend for families / solo travelers to stay.

The two step check in was a bit of a pain and I didn’t really understand why. Also a little less of the hard sell on the local amenities when checkin in but I know y’all just doing your job.

Amazing suite for really good value. Excellent facilities and a really comfortable bed. Special shout out to all the amazing staff, you were all so kind and really went the extra mile to make us welcome. One of the best staff experiences I’ve had 💗

The sofa was not prepared and we had to do the bed sheets ourselves , also the sofa mechanism was quite outdated incl . the mattress ( would be worth to exchange it )

Great location - 7 min to Union square , nice , spacy room with seperated bedroom , well equiped kitchen corner , the staff was really helpful -if you have a car , they will recommend you parking for 40 dollars/ day ( with in/out option ) , resonable ratio price vs quality - definitely we can recommend to stay in this hotel

My room can hear the back apartment's heater noise at night. Very disturbed. Called the front desk but was told rooms are all full cannot be switched.

Hotel is located in a quiet Street in downtown. 3 blocks to union square. Bus stop is at the door. The suite is very clean with high standard upgrade. The staff is very helpful.

Great place with a beautiful lobby, nice ambiance, and spacious air-conditioned room. It was complete with cooking facilities & utensils, ref, microwave, & coffee machine. They even supplied dishwashing soap & sealed scrub. I loved the usb sockets at both sides of the bed. The room has a nice daylight shine so you won’t need to turn on the light during the day if you so prefer. Location is walking distance to ‘The Masonic’ which was a big convenience for me watching a concert. It’s also walkable enough to a ‘cable ride’ station near starbucks. I felt very secure as the main entrance is only accessible to guests with room cards & it’s well-guarded. I also like that they have a counter where they provide tourist info & map to surrounding points of interest. I would totally come back.

Everything! Small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, utensils and basic kitchenware), good tv, great sized room, new and clean!! Magnificent hotel. Really well situated in San Francisco! (Union Square)
