We are a family of 4 and were in San Francisco for 5 nights - this hotel is amazing! I'm so glad I found it! It exceeded our expectations - it was so comfortable! We had a one-bedroom suite with a sofa bed and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette has everything you need - dish soap, sponges, dishwasher and soap, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We bought food for breakfasts and some dinners and it was SO convenient. The hotel so many amenities - free laundry (including detergent), free popcorn and hot cocoa and dvds for movie night and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also in a great location - only a few blocks from Union Square on a fairly quiet street. We felt very safe the whole time and didn't have any problems. There is also a rental car place one street over if you want to rent a car for a day trip to Muir Woods, etc. We walked everywhere and only used the rental car for a day trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to San Francisco.

Just a minor issue accessing the laundry room when our key stopped working. At the same time there were problems with the elevator that day (soon after repaired), making retrieval of our clothes from the dryer take longer than I expected. Also we were invited to timeshare presentations a few times, but no big deal. Those available to sit through them got compensated quite well as I understand.

Great location, clean and attractive suite and lobby. Decent gym, cute games room, dvd library to peruse, even loaned us umbrellas on a wet day. Very comfortable rooms, and the free use of the laundry was handy also. If the room had a little cooker and oven, I would be perfectly happy to live here.

The lobby door was locked 24 hrs and required a keycard. That being said I understand that may be the case as a safety precaution.

The lobby was pristine and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Likewise, my suite was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, provided more than the basic amenities, and a great place to relax after a long day at a conference.

The neighbourhood is on the borderline between the nicer sections of SF and the seedier ones but they advise you when you check in where not to go. They don't have a lounge/bar which I personally like to unwind in the end of the day.

I rented a suite with a kitchenette and the kitchenette - no stove but a microwave and enough appliances and accessories to make it perfectly adequate for a 4 day stay. There's a 24/7 game room with a pool table and an adjacent room with machines dispensing everything from bags of chips to microwavable dinners. The a small market right around the corner where you purchase food and liquor..

Amazing hotel, loved our stay. The room was really nice, clean and spacious, with a small kitchen/ living room. Couch bed was surprisingly comfortable and big. Location was perfect, the hotel is in the center of San Francisco with a cable car station close by. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and provided great recommendations. You can even borrow movies for free.

The Club Wyndham timeshare pitch was awkward. They called it “the second part of the check in process”…um no thank you.

Very comfortable and new. The suite setup with sofa bed is great for families with kids. Great value and location. I’d stay here again.

You’re asked to attend a presentation when you arrive so it takes a while to check in and then have that conversation. We were tired and just keen to get to our room.

Few staff had less information about surroundings and barely of any help. Rest of staff is excellent, very informative.

Excellent, very clean . Few of the staff were less helpful ( less informed).Others were excellent hence compensated. Location is good surrounded by good food restaurants. Beautiful decorations inside . Strongly recommend for families / solo travelers to stay.

The two step check in was a bit of a pain and I didn’t really understand why. Also a little less of the hard sell on the local amenities when checkin in but I know y’all just doing your job.

Amazing suite for really good value. Excellent facilities and a really comfortable bed. Special shout out to all the amazing staff, you were all so kind and really went the extra mile to make us welcome. One of the best staff experiences I’ve had 💗

The sofa was not prepared and we had to do the bed sheets ourselves , also the sofa mechanism was quite outdated incl . the mattress ( would be worth to exchange it )

Great location - 7 min to Union square , nice , spacy room with seperated bedroom , well equiped kitchen corner , the staff was really helpful -if you have a car , they will recommend you parking for 40 dollars/ day ( with in/out option ) , resonable ratio price vs quality - definitely we can recommend to stay in this hotel
