The rooms are a little run down! Lots of rust an the lights didn't work in the bathroom. An the beds were extremely hard.

Very limited parking. We couldn’t find a parking spot at all and thought we found one with a parking ticket on our car the next morning. The next day we found a parking spot actually at the hotel and got a warning on our windshield the next day saying our hotel decal wasn’t properly placed when it was having on the review mirror. Our room didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner, or soap. We have no wash rags and when we called down to get some they told us they was out of them. Our room also didn’t have a remote and when we called about that to ask, they told us they couldn’t help us and maybe maintenance could bring one at 7am. They did not.

The amenities was worth it if you have kids! They also have a walkway leading to the beach.

there was no remote for the television in our room. Had to call maintenance to bring one up. Took several hours, but they did take care of it.

Without the slides and never they were going to be on the inside. They were only outside of the property. I did not like how y’all did not clean the hotel rooms really good especially in the bathtub.

The parking was a pain. It was free but the ramp parking was a hassle. Larger vehicles should not park in the ramp as there was only one way in and out. If you got trapped at the top with a backup behind you and no spaces, good luck trying to get out. Patience is definitely a virtue when it comes to parking here. It would be nice for the resort to organize some sort of parking crew to direct traffic. My best advice is to park in one of the designated lots. It is good to know that the resort owns multiple buildings and the lots are all shared. The general property could have used some cleaning. The stairwell smelled heavily of strong urine. I was close to puking the smell was so strong.

I loved the amenities and the location. It was very close to the beach and there was plenty to do on site. I also appreciated that our specific room was clean and decorated nicely. It also included working appliances.

The parking is terrible. It is not big car friendly. We were not able to drive around to enjoy other attractions because We have had hard time going in and out of the parking lot and finding a parking spot was a challenge.

I have a daughter with special needs and I had hoped for a better kiddie pool area. Also a bit pricey.

We stayed on the 9th floor with a side ocean view. We had a great view and the room was Fantastic. I absolutely loved that they have a convenient store on sight.

It stunk!! Damp shag floor!! The carpet had a soured-sewage smell. We slept with the sliding door open. The sheets and mattress protector are due for a cleaning upgrade. Needs a good deep cleaning.... bulbs, headboards, chair rail, air vents, CORNERS!!! The fees associated with renting a room are ridiculous! I actually spent more then the app than when the deskperson tried to book for me. Hot elevators. Limited parking for a hotel this size. Towels are never big enough.

We arrived really late in the night and just needed a few hours to relax somewhere..... the late check-in option was helpful and the fact they "had a room available" was good. The property was beachfront. We had a balcony and a good location with the ocean and street view to wake up to. Restaurant downstairs was good and fair priced.

Its clearly older building so a little run down in places. If you lose your wrist band the policy is to not give you a new one. Good luck if you have a 6 year old getting in and out of the pools and ocean for 6 days straight.

Pools were nice, right by the beach, lots of stuff to do right on the property. Kids had a great time. Restaurants in walking distance. Close enough to the board walk you can drive there but don’t have the crowds.
