sounds of people moving around upstairs kept us up at night. pull out couch as comfortable as one would expect.

great location. literally step off the back porch onto the beach. spotlessly clean. they thought of everything: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, even a fire pit with wood. good restaurant across the street a bit pricey. excellent independent coffee shop 3 min walk. felt very safe in this location.

Staff was so friendly and went above and beyond! We loved the location, just walking straight out through the slider to the beach! She has everything you need, including kayaks! We will be back for sure!

Everything was great except they couldn’t get our air conditioner to work so it was pretty hot sleeping the 3 nights we were there.

The shower was a little tight and the shower head would not stay in place.

The location was wonderful and the beach access was inviting. It was nice to have items to use at the beach while staying at the villa.

Perfect location on the beach. They thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy electric bed, beach chairs and towels, even fishing poles, fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Like I said, it has everything. Can’t wait to go back.

We liked everything.

Kat was very warm and welcoming. She makes everyone breakfast on Sunday mornings and hosts a reception on Thursdays. Everyone we met has been coming for years and felt like family. They welcomed us first-timers. The location was very convenient. The beaches here are very clean. The whole area is beautiful and not as crowded as other nearby beaches. We rated it a 10! Highly recommend!

There is not much privacy as there is no divide between the bedroom and living areas so if you are not a couple you’re going to have you bed in the living area right next to the couch. We also had the cottage on the road side so we could hear the cars all night. It was too bad but definitely noticeable. The facility was a bit dated and we definitely felt that in the old and squeaky mattress. The mini split ac also did not actually work and we had to get up multiple times in the night to turn it back on or down as we were sweating. Lastly, the check in process was not the most clear. I had to call for instructions the day of to receive a text message for my cottage number and door code. Definitely recommend calling to check in with the location the morning of!

The open floor plan of the cottage made it clear what amenities were available to us. The bathroom was fully stocked with soaps, shampoo, lotion and even mouth wash, which was nice because we forgot our shower bags. It was wonderful to be that close to the ocean and have close proximity to a great coffee place the next morning.

The water was not hot or barely warm for a shower and it was a little outdated for the price we paid. It was a struggle trying to find a spot for our dog to use the bathroom.

Not enough parking spaces when fully booked. You would have to park across the street. Not enough information about the place inside the book in our cottage, ie: where the laundry room was located.I didn't realize that they had one until we met the owner as we were packing up our car to leave. Not too many places within walking distance.

The closeness to the beach. Very quaint place. Very quiet. The seating in front of your door was nice.

There was nothing we didn't like!

We were in the Tampa/St Pete area for a getaway - our first time in the area. Our stay at Sand Glo was exceptional. We arrived early in the day and were able to use the beach until our unit was cleaned. We explored the area and discovered Ft. DeSoto park - a lovely area that we enjoyed the whole afternoon. We watched the surf kites at the park, and then also at the foot of the Skyway bridge. We ate fantastic seafood at Guppy's (Indian Rocks), Salt Rock Grill (right across the street!) and at Conch Republic. We spent the last day (after checkout) at Clearwater Beach and went dolphin spotting. Altogether a great getaway. We'll certainly be back!
