Staff accommodated our reservation requests and housekeeping never hesitated to take the extra step when engaged by my needy crew mates. It's the little things mostly, done with a smile.. Top notch and thanks! 👍

We paid for a room that included breakfast which I would not recommend. It was very limited so we decided to go to another place nearby.

Basic hotel but comfortable and clean. We had a 2 bedroom that was perfect for our group. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice plus! Staff were friendly and helpful!!

It was quite expensive - $220 for two people. But we could not find a cheaper place.

We were surprised to get such a big room, suite style with two beds, bigger than what we booked. We enjoyed the spa. Also, great to just go get breakfast, even though it was not the healthiest options. Very close to Whole Foods where we got our dinner.

Deposit fee is not returned for already 3 weeks, I wouldn't stay in such place. also the breakfast was very poor, no hot meals, only some cakes and porridge from packages.

The staff wasn't really nice . I ask them few questions and the one of the lady's turn back and walk was and got someone is the back off. I ask if I can have a family room and they said it's going to be more I had told them in the beginning it was fine. And they ask me again. Like if I didn't have the money I wouldn't of ask for a upgrade. And on my 3rd day .I went to the off to ask what time my check out was at. So I'm walking to the office and a guy pops out of a room and sees me walking to the office and asks me "what do you want". I answer back I'm sorry but I just wanted to know what time is check out . He responded you should of known they give you this information when you check in the room. I just think staff should be more nicer of at least have some manners to responding back.

The room was super clean. And I loved the space we had cause we got the family room.

Breakfest was not so nice, but they do not seem to know what godd breakfest is in USA. Go to the store and buy your own if visiting USA.

The continental breakfast was OK, although no eggs were provided. I thought they had been mentioned in some of the information I had seen in advance. The bed was excellent, and the motel was quiet and seemed reasonably priced. It is near the State Street exit from Highway 101, and is a notable distance from the downtown area.

The coffee maker was a single shot Keurig which is very wasteful in terms of plastic waste... it only runs one cup which is pretty typical but it was a very difficult machine and we wrangled with it for almost a 45 minutes till we figured it out. Also the shower pressure and temperature control were less than desirable; it didn't quite trickle but it wasn't one of those nice hot firm showers even though it has a head with different settings. It seemed to run either hot or cold at times. Finally, don't know why we don't have more hooks in all of the hotels and motels. But the lodge has a lovely vibe, perhaps due to the courtyard style parking and hedges, you felt protected...and the staff was super friendly and helpful on a Halloween night. The two queens that we had were very comfortable ...would have been nice to have a little bit more space between them but that's all right. Thank you so much Jeanette and for Rosina and the owner for making this an affordable and sweet place to stay during these post covid inflationary times! We will come back but only when they're not working on the property. Lots of banging and painting and plastic near a room. It would be great to get a discount for that issue...it was a setback for us to be able to calmly pack up all of our materials, especially in the morning as we're very sensitive to noise.

Excellent location near our favorite grocery store, Gelsons...We really liked the beds, the TV has lots of channels and we actually got to work to Avatar and really liked having the desk as soon as you walk in. Horizontal space is at a premium when you're traveling heavy LOL it gave us a great time to sort so we didn't end up sleeping much. It was quiet in the night, we had a nice room and like that there's a lot of closet space and real hangers! Great counter space and wonderful soaps in the bathroom. Also the carpeting was quite lovely and the pillows were delicious. Nicely decorated and the fridge is covered by a cabinet in a 3 drawer dresser, which adds to the lovely ambiance Wish we could have slept more. They were able to give us a late check and because we needed more coffee since the coffee machine was on the fritz they were very accommodating and we want to thank you truly for your flexibility!
