TV did not work, there was no clock in the room. Went to have Breakfast that was to open at 07:am and at 07:15 the door to office was lock and there was no lights inside to get what ever the brunch was to be. there was also a lady infront of me wanting to get a cup of coffee, Door was lock. finley I pounded on door and the guy that I guess came out of the so called office. I gave him the card cause I was checking out and I also ask him for a copy of the bill that i paid when I check in and he just said that I don't get a copy. will never stay there AGAIN

A/C started smoking and set off the smoke alarm. Shoes were sticking to the tile. Not sure why that was happening. Lock didn't work on the bathroom door. Hanging hook in bathroom not connected totally to the wall.

The gentleman lounging on the couch at the entrance to the breakfast area seem to be quite unkempt. I didn’t realize he was in charge of restocking/tidying up the breakfast area until he came in to do so. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner.

The breakfast was OK, had a pretty decent selection of breakfast choices. Our room was pretty quiet so I was able to sleep well.

No conditioner for showers. Double room with double beds is a single room with 2 beds.

The corners of the shower were dirty. The shower temperature was tepid/cool and never warmed up. The dryer was broken. I had to take wet laundry to a laundromat.

Not going through Booking.Com. I booked the first night (Monday) through Booking.com for $100. I left, then came back for a second night there. The charge without going through Booking.com was only $70. I feel you charged me a $30 booking charge and will not use your service again.

First day house keeping non existent. No easy assessable electrical plugs ANYWHERE in the room. The air conditioner fan speed was locked on high. The controls were also out of reach unless you were over 6’5”.

Close to the Dixie Center and food.

The A/C was only partially working. Showers had low pressure. Views from windows were at a fence and a concrete wall. It just ultimately seemed a little run down.

Could not properly lock the loose door. The A/C had a strange remote thermostat, I had to call the manager to get it to work, then it was so noisy when it kicked in that I couldn’t hear the TV, and it would wake me up whenever it kicked in during the night The room was too hot and poorly insulated (I could see light all around the door). Neighbors sat in front of my unit window until midnight drinking and using course language. Advertised breakfast was sweetened fruit juice, children’s sugary cereal with milk or waffles from boxed waffle batter; no fruit or any healthy food. I shared the room with grasshoppers. Don’t select a motel primarily by price! For $20 more, I could have had a quiet good night sleep. Don’t go there!

When we arived there was not enough parking for our car. I booked and payed for a room to accommodate 4 adults with 2 beds, I was given a room with only one queen bed. I inspected the room for cleanliness, bed bugs, cockrothes and found bed bugs. Was only there for less then 5 minutes when we returned our key ( yes only one key was given) and said we wanted a refund. They told us they could not give us a refund, that our refund would have to be given to us through booking.com

The place was filthy. The couch could not be used due to some stains throughout the whole couch! The window shades were disgusting and didn’t work properly !
