The room was out dated. It didn't bother us, but it might some. The price seemed high for this reason. Towels could be better, and the shower head didnt seem firmly attached to the wall.

We arrived late at night. Staff was quick about getting us checked in so we could get to bed. This is a no frills, mom and pops style motel. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room over all was very clean. The room was quiet as well. We were on the 2nd floor.

A bit more attention to details. Little things like making sure the tub drains- It did not do very well. Attach the knob on the sink faucet. The Sapphire seems to be a motel for local people and workers. If looking for a tourist "resort" this is nor the place if you are picky. The young couple who recently purchased the Sapphire are sincerely trying to upgrade the facilities. However they like many businesses are hampered by the lack of help that wants to work. I guess this is thanks to Covid and govt. unemployment programs. Ask and they will do anything they can to make your stay as good as they can. You need to be flexible with expectations and think of the comparable prices in the area.

Location was close to everything we wanted with plenty of restaurants and facilities you might need. It was easy to find and had ample parking. the owner operators were friendly and helpful, but did not bother us.

The only thing I found to be a downfall is the noise from the upper floor. The ceiling/floor is so thin you could hear every movement from the second floor. But not bad enough I couldn't sleep.

It is a "mom-n-pop" motel that has been updated nicely. It is a no frills place, but the bed slept amazing, it was clean, smelled wonderful as I walked in the room, mini fridge, microwave, and TV all new... it has the old fashioned tub/shower combo with sliding door and a rain shower head... water pressure and temperature was wonderful. A wonderful place to stay for the money, and will consider staying here again if back in Franklin.

The location is in the middle of no where and there were no stores open.

The price was fair. The room was much bigger than I thought it would be. The people at the front desk were soo friendly. I slept beyond the check out time, but no one came bagging on the door. I would ABSOLUTELY stay there again.

It was overpriced for what we got, also needed to pay extra for our pet. When I travelled before, it was clear on the listing information that we would need to do this, but not for this place. Everything in the place was quite old and there was a small television in one of the bedrooms Any other place in the area would of been cheaper, but we stayed here because they accepted pets.

It turned out to be a two-bedroom cabin at motel. It was in Franklin, as indicated.

room was humid and smelled like fragrance (staff needs to consider customers with fragrance allergies and stop using perfumed products for cleaning); the AC was working well but very loud; good water pressure but one of the faucets was detached from the wall, which made it difficult to turn it on/off.

Room never cleaned while there. We cleaned floors with wet towels and we took out our trash. Bathroom really needs renovated. We were there for 7 days.Met a lot of nice people.

The stairs weren’t cool no not jus cuz I don’t like exercising but the stairs were only 2in wide. Then I got yelled at by the owner lady for waking up late. She said I had to pay more so I did. Then she said I needed to leave within 10 min like I just paid u half of an extra night at least give me a hour

No amenities like soap, shampoo. The room was damp water ran out of shower into the floor and made a small puddle I could hear the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture around and a herd of elephants was loose this is midnight and later. Good thing is I didn't have great expectations as it was relatively cheap ,the matress was way to hard. The staff was extra nice and helpful and made you feel welcome that goes a long way. So overall experience was fair.

Bedspreads were dirty with pet hair, as was floor. Not enough towels, Someone turned fridge down so it defrosted and we cleaned up.
