Oooh yikes, the pool was so cloudy and funky looking, we just couldn't use it. Considering I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, I was definitely disappointed and felt i paid too much for the stay since I decided to pay a little more than other hotels for the amenity of an indoor pool. We were going to stay here during spring break too, but canceled and booked somewhere else because the pool was just unusable. I'm not even a picky hotel guest, but the pool was so cloudy I feared catching some skin thing from it.

Breakfast did had a few choices, basic but not bad for a free post covid option. Staff was friendly. Room was decent.

The pool was cloudy it had way too much chlorine in it. The breakfast was terrible I saw a cockroach come out from under the door. The carpet needed cleaning I could see stains on the refrigerator handprints stains on the bathroom doors with handprints it look like they wasn't wiped down before we got there

the bathroom and the carpet in the first room had a smell and they changed our room no problem. The seconds room the tap in the bathroom was always drippings and one of the light in the bathroom was burned out.

The bathrooms need to be updated. The sink updated but not the shower. The shower ring had been pressed back into the drywall.

Our bathroom was in need of repair. Tile on the floor was loose and missing grout. Tub faucet was loose and difficult to turn on. Decorative plate around the shower faucet was broken. 🙁

It was in a good location for our travel stop. It was clean and public areas well maintained. Breakfast staff was great.

The pool area was very dirty. Broken plastic everywhere and the water was very cloudy. Mosquitos everywhere in there. My daughter got bitten 4 times.

The pull out sofa-bed was difficult to put away and the sofa itself was worn and not in great condition. At breakfast there should really be 2 waffle makers.

Was noisy with individuals mingling in parking lot outside my room. Phone to front desk had no plug. I paid $302 for one night. Much more than I expected to pay given quality of the room

Two things were bothersome; the only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. We weren't told this when we checked in. Also, we had a late arrival (230am), with a car full of kids, had been driving all day and still had an 18 hr ride ahead of us. When I explained this to the overnight clerk, and asked for a late (12pm, 1 hr later than usual) checkout, he said "I can't do that on a saturday", and his tone was one of annoyance.

The lobby was gorgeous, and spotless clean. We had a queen suite, which was bright, spotless, and ample size, sleeping 5 of us comfortably.

Room was very dirty with hair all over the bathroom. It smelled old. There was a lot of activity - people smoking weed or drinking. We traveled with kids and we kept them from walking in the room at the carpet because it seemed dirt.

It’s a great location close to I 95. Staff was friendly and nice. The aviation museum behind is awesome. 5-8min away to a large mall/Plaza with everything you need.
