The rain style shower and the 2 person hot tub were both very nice. The bathroom had a heated towel rock along with a ceiling heater to keep you toasty. I enjoyed having the option to set the bed firmness and that there was a fireplace in the room. The King bed was great and the provided refrigerator and microwave were nice to have available. We briefly chatted with our hosts and really enjoyed the fruit, a homemade casserole, and an Amish Donut Hole for breakfast. Later we chose to go and visit the Rentown country store while we were in the area.

Breakfast wasn't served on our last day before we checked out. We both take medication in the morning that needs to be taken with a meal so we took our medication prior to going downstairs to have breakfast to see that they were not having breakfast that morning so we had to quickly find somewhere to eat breakfast because of our medications.

Breakfast was good when they fixed it, for some reason they did not fix breakfast the morning we were checking out and as far as we knew breakfast was going to be served all 3 mornings.

It felt like home and the owner Homer is very interesting and pleasant to spend time with. Loved the accommodations and our room. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend this B&B. Next time I will try to book directly rather than using a booking company and save the owner from paying additional fees.

While the provided breakfast was very good I was looking forward to a traditional big country breakfast. This is more of a personal expectation than anything else.

The facilities were top notch and the owner was very accommodating. We were only there for overnight so did not really explore the area or take advantage of the other amenities, but overall everything was great.

There was nothing I did not like.

The location was about 15 minutes from where we were staying. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home and our host was very pleasant! The homemade breakfast was also superb and different each morning.

Single owner is struggling to maintain what was once probably a well organized & rated B & B with a great reputation. Presently some advertised amenities will be hard to find…no functional pool or ice machine and good luck if you expect top shelf coffee!

decent breakfast was served all three days of our stay by locally hired woman who was very pleasant. Surrounded by rolling farmlands & lovely barns. Amish setting was peaceful & close to our Nappanee destination & Elkhart attractions.

it was very misleading on how the bed an breakfast . was lead by Brenda our host who doesn’t live there anymore. an the pool not being open very misleading

the property was nice . the pool was not available. there. was no snacks they advertised fresh baked snacks . on weekends. an there is no Brenda she left 6 years ago . homer seemed overwhelmed. was very disappointed. left after 1 night. didn’t even stay for breakfast. it wasn’t until 9 am . also with are room the bathroom was across the hall very inconvenient.

The cook was late both days. On the 1st day her discussion made us uncomfortable. It started out political (with no response from us). It turned into things I would never tell a stranger, even if I believed it. She must have noticed the stunned look on our faces because she announced "I'm not a conspiracy theorist but you need to know what is happening". 2nd day was a normal conversation with people you've just met.

Homer, the host was friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and welcome. Egg soufflé was excellent. There was an indoor pool which we did not use, but it was nice to have a place to play games indoors.
