The curtain was not completely covering the window and it had a lot of light in the room our bed was not comfortable we could feel the spring in the mattress and some sound from the fridge like a train coming up kept us up walls were not sound proof rough sleeping

There was barbecue sauce on the faucet, and there was a dirty hand towel hanging on the towel rack, as if someone had wiped their toothpaste mouth of spit on it. The bathtub looked like it had not been scrubbed in months. I understood that perhaps that had been missed the first night, but when I came back the second night, the bed was made, but the same hand towel was there, as well as the bbq sauce on the sink.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

The microwave was dirty. It felt a little sketchy outside. Some of the patrons made me nervous but they didn't do anything.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The toilet was clean, the fridge was cold, and the room smelled nice.

Needs deep cleaning. Needs everything updated. Found bottle on floor carpet sticky. Found hairs and stains on bedding. Dirt in corners of bath room floor. Worst place we have stayed!!!

The convenience of the location to the interstate is very helpful and easy to get on and off the interstate.

Says no smoking but you can smell cigarette smoke from years gone by... the bathroom is very small and the shower needs attention... the chair in the room is heavily stained... the minifridge was very noisy... this place should be charging half of what it does...

The location was good but this place needs some money put into it.

Fire alarm on ceiling hanging down - Window curtain not attached on one side - Tub shower needs descaled - Locals living in hotel, felt unsecure - Door looks as if was pried open - bathroom door had 2 fist marks indented on it.

This was a run down place period! You had to be careful here! Lock the door. Watch out for your car! In short this place needs to be knocked down and destroyed. I will like to know the thefts, shootings and killings that have taken place here in the last year!

Sink had no stopper When turning hot/cold water handles the entire unit lifted out of the vanity The sink then filled and was slow to drain Whoever installed the shower faucet Failed It only turned on a little way before it reached a barrier. No possibility to turn it to adjust temp So it was a partial trickle of cold water only Completely disappointing after a hot day of traveling The door exiting to the parking lot did not open nor close easily. It appeared to have water damage? Causing it to swell Had to shove it open with my full weight And close it in the same manner My shoes stuck to the carpet Not a nice sensation. I dared not go barefoot Approaching the desk/door to check out in the morning I saw there was a crowd ahead of me Three people gathered at the door Smoking with a cloud of smoke around them Turns out they were there to clean the rooms so they took my key And said I could leave Leaving smelling of smoke from the employees was not my game plan I would not be able to recommend this location under any circumstances

The evening shift desk clerk was kind polite and efficient I had booked my room from a grocery store parking lot 6 miles away By the time I reached it. He had my room assigned. The receipt printed out and the room key ready for me I admire his work ethic to be ready RTher than do all that while I stood and watched He was the highlight of the stay

No breakfast due to COVID. The pool was not clean. The place was loud with no regard to sleeping hours. The bathroom was dirty and we found a roach. Thought it was going to be a “good value” but I could have gotten a better hotel for the same price I ended up paying in the end with all the fees: $200 for 2 nights instead of the $167 that showed on my receipt. The staff was nice and friendly though.

We were running late, checking out because my grandson had been up sick all night. The cleaning lady barged into the room and was yelling at my family to get out get out now and then she proceeded to pick up our belongings and set them outside on the sidewalk.  she prop the door open and begin cleaning the room before we could even get out of it. When I checked in, I declared my dogs and paid the fees for them to stay.  one week after we checked out I got a phone call from the manager stating that I left a cat in the room and the cat had been in there for a week and pooped all over the room. I do not own a cat. I have never owned a cat but they felt the need to charge my credit card $100 for damages from a cat that I never owned. There were cockroaches and the room smelled musty, and the carpet was stained and dirty. my granddaughter was in the room without her shoes and her socks turned black. Staff was very rude!!
