The refrigerator, air conditioner, and patio door did not work properly. Refrigerator need to be replaced. Not quite sure what to say about the air conditioner. Had to use both hands to open patio door. If you closed it while on the patio, you couldn't reopen it.

The floors are very nice. The pool is well maintained. The beds were comfortable.

Door locks were crappie. Sliding glass door had a stick in the door. Front door you could open up with anything like CC or pocket knife. Deadbolt was only able to be used from the inside. No key was given for deadbolt to lock while gone. Bathtub was slicker than owl poop. 60 year man about fell every time taking a shower. Other than that it was OK for a few guys down for bike week.

Didn't eat breakfast or knew the had it. Had a microwave in the room & small refrigerator. Location was great.

I saw 5 cockroaches in my room and the sliding door did not shut all the way, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I left a few hours after checking in.

Worn linen, stained and damaged chair upholstery, balcony door had to lifted up to be opened, bar fridge door was rust stained. The reviews on booking.com were not accurate - the place was rough.

Price point was ok. Endless supply of hot water in shower . A basic room for guys. Front desk people were kind.

Was not informed beforehand that we would have to go to the hotel next door to get our key if even a minute or two late. Then when in the room, the sliding door to outside was semibroken that even when locked the top part if lightly pulled would pull a good distance away from the frame. The bathroom had a cockroach in it which partner killed and a dead spider on the outside corner of the tub. Could hear the pipes or something in the bathroom make loud noises randomly. Thankfully we didn't need the safe since it was missing a piece of it

No cookware, flatware or dishes. The sliding door fell apart and still was not fixed when we left a week later. I fixed it temporarily. Pool was consistently dirty. Housekeeping didn't check on us to see if we needed supplies. A/C was loud and didn't work properly.

Had Beach access and working pool. Housekeeping staff was friendly and did his best to accommodate us.

Fan in room didn't work. Toilet didn't flush right or fill. Kitchen stove was dirty and cabinet. And lastly the frig wouldn't close right had to prop a chair on the door so our food and drinks stayed cold. Pictures online did not meet expectations. And didn't have the goggles as advertised and had a love seat not a couch as advertised.

The hotel and room was very run down. When I arrived in my room after check in, the oven was left on from the previous guest or whomever cleaned my room. I had no trash cans in my room so I had to use the ice bucket as a waste basket. The beds are not soft, they felt like i was sleeping on concrete. At one point during my stay it seemed like some of the power had been turned off in my room. The lights in my bathroom and kitchen worked but the AC and TV wouldn't turn on. None of the outlets worked, but then everything turned back on in the morning. It's almost like it was on a timer. Due to the hurricane damage the pool was closed and they're was no direct beach access. They also have a bit of a pest problem. My husband killed a roach right before we checked out.

They said they had a pool but there was no pool due to hurricane damage. That we did not know about if I would've known about the damage. I would've rented a different hotel to stay at that had a pool.

rooms and hotel were beat. @ hurricanes last fall took their toll. No pool, no hot tub, no beach access, no elevator. floors in room dirty, sandy. No remote for tv. No trash cans in the room anywhere. Nice balcony overlooking beach. Price high for bike week. Asked for discount as no pool, etc. Was told that is the discounted price $250 Per Night!
