I did not like the cosmetic look of the hotel. It really could use a paint job on the building,the stairwell really needs to have a good scrubbing. It smelled terrible and most of the doors had rust around the door obs on the outside. My door in perticular had an issue with the door knob. It would fall off when I closed it from the inside.

I did like the pool,the location .,and the room was clean.

Door to room was broken and hard to open 101/111.... glass door to go outside was screwed shut (fire escape hazard) and the roaches in the kitchen were everywhere...... (GROSS)... What the hell are you people in charge doing? Get it together and fix this.... I've been coming here over 20 yrs and it's gone downhill sooooo much. It used to be such a nice hotel..... SAD!!!!!

Room was affordable but hotel seems to have full time tenants living there who are overly noisy late at night.

very outdated! the sliding door didn’t even lock you had a piece of wood keeping it locked! if u don’t have an Roku account I guess u can’t watch tv cause theirs no cable. very old and gross! the $140 something a night we paid is basically just for getting to stay on the beach but the hotel is a dump.nothing in the laundry room worked all out of order!

Sand and hair in the beds,ants in the bathroom.refrigerator was rusted,sliding glass door does not lock and hard to open.Elevator does not work most of the times hope you like doing stairs.

Roaches, the smell, and the refrigerator and microwave were disgusting and full of rust. The beds were old fashion springs. The sliding glass door was lock with a stick in the track. The hotel is turned crooked so you don't actually get a direct view of the ocean either. Room is not ok for small children who put thing in mouth.

The room was huge. It was a 2 bed room and we also had a twin pull couch. They was also a table with 2 chairs. We had a sliding glass doors. The pool area was nice and the beach was beautiful. The outside area by the pool had porch swing to watch the ocean which we sat on for sunset and watch a school of dolphins. The pool went to eight ft deep.

The beds are so uncomfortable. The parking is awful. The laundry facilities were broken. Needs an upgrade.

There was throw up towels all morning outside of the room next to us, sugar ants coming out of the cracks in the sink, the table for the fridge and the door looked eaten up there were wood shavings falling out of it, but everything else was fine. We were still able to enjoy our time out there

How close the beach was to our rooms that was the only good thing about the hotel

It was over priced and very ran down I will never go back there again or rent another room from there the tv was messed up only had one channel and they had bugs in the room poorly cleaned I looked under the bed for something I lost there was food from whoever was in that room before us and my neice and daughter shared a room there air was broke it was hot as hell in their room and there toilet was stopped up never again and the pool was very small

The ac didn't work well at all.Room wasn't clean but I understand the shortage of help with housekeeping But the ceiling fan was caked with dust and the curtains on balcony door were old and need replaced they are safety pinned up.Alot of upgrades need but no bugs and perfect location with a beautiful view😊

Everything is old and run down. There wasn’t nearly enough parking for the number of rooms. There were three adults in our room and the first morning we got up to shower and only one set of towels. Just seemed like they didn’t really care too much.

It was a great location. Even though it was old and run down it was pretty clean.

The floor was dirty so So slick when you walked across you had to hold onto something one light in the whole room then if arriving late you had to have cash then go to another hotel to pay then went to check out and they trued to charge us again then they had to find pay work we’re we payed other hotel cash half roll of toilet paper that always in room we had to go buy never could find anyone up front to get in elevator was awful you would have to wait at least five minutes for the door to open never again warning stay away from this hotel

Although the location was great, the room was not worth the $150 a night, well, it just needs improvements before we spend that kind of money again. Our check in was supposed to be at 3pm, but it was not available until 5pm. It was my birthday,, and that put a damper on our evening plans.

Both doors to the room had issues. One you had to position the key a certain way to open it. The other one wouldn't even open it was broke. The elevator someone had gotten trapped in and had to call 911 to help get them out. The air conditioner was out of date and worked more like a fan. The paint in the bath tub was peeling really bad.

The location was right on the beach. Very good location to everything.
