People were not respecting the No Smoking on patios. So, we got a lot of cigarette fumes at times. Also, Room was very musty walking in therefore we needed to have window open all of the time.

TV did not work until someone from office came over to make it work. Noise from units above, behind AND side. Bedside clock alarm went off at 1:20 AM. Beds were too soft. Toilet was not ADA height even though unit was supposedly for disabled people.

The breakfast has gone to packaged, frozen, nuked and terrible. Everything was bland and tasteless. On the weekend there was cereal, waffles, potatoes, sausages, biscuits and gravy. Monday it was only old biscuits, gravy, the waffle machine and cold cereal. I don't blame the a staff I blame the owners. Last year food was cooked and it was good. Real sausages with marks from being cooked, country potatoes with onion, decent but probably carton eggs. I had my "free continental breakfast" two days and couldn't do it any more. It wasn't worth it... My other remark is that some of the old rooms, probably all, in the established need updating and modernizing. My room had carpet and wallpaper that could be from the 70's. Two small chairs. No easy chair. The bathroom had only a heat lamp and when the room has NO A/C and it's 75° with 93% humidity it's a very uncomfortable place to be. The veneer on the bathroom door was bubbled splitting and cracking from moisture and heat. Funny actually.

I love the location. Close to some of the best eateries in town. The grocery store and drug store are only blocks away. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are clean. The parking is free as is the fast WiFi. The fridge works well as does the microwave. You get a nice little Keurig machine for your coffee and tea.

If you asked for things (towels, cups, shampoo) they were happy to oblige at the front desk. However, in a 3-day stay, we never received any visit from staff to tidy up or replenish supplies. I thought most hotels made a daily visit to at least change out towels and make beds.

Indoor pool and spa were good because we had a few cloudy days. The kids loved the make-your-own waffles for breakfast.

The continental breakfast was not good at all.

It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Does have an indoor pool and hot tub that looked clean. We didn’t go in but did feel the temperature of the hot tub which wasn’t very hot.

We had to try to find plugs for chargers and cpap machines so if you don’t have long enough cords could be an issue.

Room was clean and relatively quiet as you will hear traffic noise from US 1. Close to the harbor where there were plenty of places to eat!!!
