There are no blankets in the room. It was cold and kinda drafty. Slept in our coats! And socks. Not comfortable!

The rooms is clean but the bedding, etc. Is extremely worn and stained.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is always accommodating and helpful.

The guy at the front desk insisted that we had reserved a king room with no other bed or sofa. I showed him the booking.com reservation and he just wanted to fight. I went across the parking lot to the main hotel which owns this hotel. I found a manager and she told the desk agent there to switch rooms for us. It was irritating and time consuming.

Very old yucky carpet that made the place smell a little funky even though it was otherwise clean.. No breakfast or pool on site which was not truthfully advertised.

Location perfect! A/C was AWESOME!!! Comfy beds. Clean. EXCELLENT staff.Very helpful and friendly.

The floor in our room could have been vacuumed a little better but for the most part the room was pretty clean. There was a regular coffee maker but 2 K-cups so I just opened them and poured the coffee grounds into the filter, not too big a deal but then I also had nothing to use for stirring when I added creamer and sugar. Again not too big a deal as I was able to improvise.

Location was very convenient, front desk staff was friendly. We didn’t need the fridge but I liked that there was a full size refrigerator in the room.

Room was good but check in is not clear at all about going to other facility to do so and there's basically no info about accessing amenities such as pools should put note on door saying must go to other hotel to check in

Freezing with air conditioner on but hot without it.. No extra blankets. Poor lighting. Fridge was noisy. Only one tiny waste bin. Advertised that it had pools, but they were in the motel across a large parking lot. There's no front desk staff. Walking across the parking lot to the other motel was a real pain in 100 degree heat.

The view of the parking lot, hearing every word of people walking by outside my room on the sidewalk, the small child continually running around upstairs above me from morning to evening, having to check-in across the parking lot at another hotel (They could have given me a heads up about this detail before my stay so I wasn't surprised about it).

The king bed was very comfortable. I could have used an extra blanket though and there were none to be found in the room.

Our room was still dirty when we tried to check in and we had to go back over to the other building and then wait. But everyone was very accommodating. Just took up extra time going back and forth because there was nobody at the front desk at this building of the hotel. We were down for a quick overnight to have dinner with family and the back and forth between the 2 buildings took up time we could have spent with family

The gal at the front desk and the cleaners were super nice.

I had to go across the parking lot to a different hotel to check-in. There was not an ice maker in the building. We would have had to walk back to the other hotel for ice.

Its habitable and not the worst place ive stayed but the rooms aren't that clean. Like most places they are short staffed and even though I requested service twice during my stay. It didn't happen either time.

Size of the room is great. I stayed 4 nights so it was nice to have the kitchenette area. The employee at the front desk was extremely helpful and accomodating.

Room had a funny urine type smell and there was food behind the night stand. But the room was spacious. No coffee or breakfast out in the lobby. Pool wasn't much use with so many ppl there and not being able to go into the gym one after 7pm, which is the only time we could go. No one told us that unfortunately. I felt I paid too much for not being able to use the promised amenities. 😕

Location was great. There's no breakfast or coffee in hotel. Have to go to another hotel for help. Customer service was good when they are available. Pool at gym was not available as promised. Other pool was overpacked most of the days we were there. But they did have a tournament in town. I've had better, but it was overall a good experience for me and my son. I paid to have the pools and didn't get to use them most the time. That was disappointing. But it's a nice place.
