Dropped off to locked doors. Had to walk to another hotel to get checked in, ants in room, feces on drapes, juveniles car racing in parking lot, TV doesn't work, no Bible, clock broken, curtains falling down. Had to unlock front lobby doors for food delivery.

There's no staff onsite, so you have to walk across the parking lot to the main hotel if you have any problems or questions. The lack of staff also contributes to a sense of insecurity.

For the price I paid, I was not expecting such spacious conditions. It is a small apartment, with the bonus of having two beds, a full-sized fridge, a small kitchen, and an excellent bath/toilet.

It was a little strange not having any staff at the front desk, but it was made clear that help could be found at the sister hotel over the car park, so it wasn’t really a problem.

It was exactly what we needed. We are a family of four and were attending a swim meet nearby on a tight budget. The room was large and clean and very well equipped. In addition to the usual, there was a full sized fridge/freezer and counter/cabinet with a washing up sink. There was also a decent sized microwave. We were able to make breakfasts and lunches for the family. An added bonus was being allowed to use the hot tub at the sister hotel, Hells Canyon Grand. Air conditioner in the room worked well and we got the room nice and warm. If this is still available at such a reasonable price again next year, we will certainly stay here again.

Found fingernail clippings wvweywhere including the shower. Dirty water ring in shower. A chunk of hair stuck to bathroom wall with something sticky. Toilet was not cleaned. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. It was pretty gross honestly.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. Was not cleaned at all, made it aware to hotel staff. Also found a bug in our bed that had bitten up my spouse. Took time out to show the bug to management and still did not get any discount or refund for any of the inconvenience. Will definitely not return!

the towels, sheets, pillowslips and curtains were frayed and threadbare. the tv remote wasn’t 100%. we never saw any staff person. The building didn’t seem secure. Nobody was around to ask questions of. I needed another shampoo but there wasn’t anyone to ask.

I was there for Hot August Nights car show. Upon arriving, my 40 Willy's coupe blew out a power steering line. They let me park it in back with no problem and i went on the the car show.

US Everything. First off false advertising on their website. It makes it sound like it was a nice hotel with a pool and other amenities and breakfast included when in reality those things are available to you in a separate hotel across a very large parkinglot. That's just not ok.. Then our room is filthy, fingernails or toenails on the carpet with my crawling infant... no thanks. The TV didn't work and they didnt know how to make it work. No available rooms to swith us unless we wanted to pay a hundred dollars extra. Worst hotel ever. They did give us 15dollars off our bill but I dont feel like that made up for it at all...

No staff in the seport inn. None the staff at the hells grand canyon hotel told me that if I wanted ice or help I had to walk a block to their hotel to get ice or coffee. The room had cheerios and dirty on the side of the bed. The bed were so broken in u rolls to the middle or off the edges

While most of the room met my cleanliness expectations, the white shower curtain was incredibly dirty! It had dirt fingerprints on the edges and the bottom was very brown. There was also a musty smell in the hallways.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The receptionist was very friendly at check in, the room was rather large, and we had a mini kitchen as well! The beds were also comfy and the bedding had a bleach smell which was comforting.

I took a shower at around 3:00 AM and there wasn’t any hot water. the beds were too soft, it was almost like sleeping on a water bed. It was very loud in the parking lot late at night. not great for an early morning flight.

the price is unbeatable and it has a shuttle to the airport.

it was dirty, my room wasn’t clean when I checked in. was only cleaned once in four days, sheets weren’t washed etc. stains all over carpet like someone died in there, cobwebs, hair on the shower walls. I only saw one employee the entire time.
