Room was not cleaned everyday, mask optional, no free drinks at casino when you play at tables or machines

pool was nice, pool restaurant service at the main hotel was excellent, other restaurants we also good, Kuro was really good too.

rooms quite small and poolview on a pool that was not used (Tuesday), but paid extra. smoking on many places. prices of food/ drinks above average

super (heatesd) pool and live-show at 19:00 and 19:30.

We couldn’t even use the pool that was closest to our room because they had a closed we have to walk all the way across the complex.

a little pricey for a one night stay, no valet parking for trucks, and no handicap parking close. The garage will not handle a big truck or van, so self parking and long walk for handicap people is unacceptable.

The guitar pool had no hot tub!! long waits for dinner and restaurant was empty… weird

Love the pool area wish there were more spots in the sun and a hot tub at the guitar pool … also the restaurants had long waits and no people in some of them Also Joe Bonamassa was amazing but they ran out of Coca Cola?

The room had a sanatized sticker on the door but we found hair in our sink. Called front desk and advised. We were told a manager would come up to inspect but that never happened.

The only thing I disliked was that I stayed at hard rock hotel and had to walk across the casino to go to the pool at guitar Hotel because the hard rock pool is closed during the weekdays. I know it might not seem far but I don’t like walking through a building with a wet swim suit on

We requested towels be delivered and they weren’t. after a 2nd call they were delivered. No housekeeping unless you stay 5 Days or more 🙄.

The restaurants and the pool area were fabulous! The greeters at the elevators were friendly and helpful!

We were on a motorcycle, appox. cost 35K, not cheap nor unappealing and was forced to park in the garage... motorcycles are easy to steal and I thought under the circumstances, would have been able to park in front where there's some supervision. Considering the fact motorcycles are so easy to park against a wall or next to the Bentley I felt it wouldn't have been in the way nor hurt anything.

Everything was pretty great, it was a bit expensive in the nickel and dime kinda of way. Pools were great, staff was friendly, and property was amazing. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer. We will def. return.

We we're put in the old part of the hotel. I had called and was told we'd be in the new Guitar side. After walking to the room which is very far from where I was told to park I wasn't going back to change. To much money for the side we are stuck on.

They did not have a microwave in the room and their description said there was a bath rob, we did get it when we got there.

that there was no water in the room to drink, never imagine arriving in a room and not getting water and going out to buy, this seemed very strange to me for the price of the room per night and that there was no bottle of water!

The art and modern architecture of the guitar, really spectacular, the play of light with the music at night on the guitar too beautiful, the rich pools, good attention from the workers, super clean very nice.

Since I'm not a gambler, the slot machines were confusing. Thought I was betting one amount and actually I was betting much, much more.

The food from the “cafeteria”. The room/better view. I would have upgraded if it wasn’t a ridiculous amount of money for what you were actually getting. I remember my stay a few years ago and they had more outside amenities which I liked. I felt like there was not much to do this time.

Did not like the corner room. The bed and pillows were very comfy but the room lay out was awkward. Breakfast was not great from the cafe. I wish they had more options.

The mattress on the beds, felt like we were falling off the bed all night, and I was a good 6-8” from the edge! The mixed drinks were awful at the Center Bar in casino. Ordered a Mudslide, bartender had to ask another co-worker how to prepare, then it was awful and cost $12. Not good at all! Couldn’t check in to hotel until 4:00, and had to check out at 11, at 10:30 the room cleaners were knocking at out door! For $460 you would at least think they would wait until 11. Besides the $25 fee for the recreational facilities, I went to gamble, not swim or exercise!!

The room was great, clean and quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful.

Location not within walking distance to beach. Left to get a couples message with wife for 1 hour came back to pool and they had removed our belongings and gave our chairs away. I was told there were a 30 min limit for chairs to have no activity, what if I was at the pool for more then 30 min? Makes no sense.

Paid double because of the Holiday weekend. Place was very clean and well kept. Pools were great.
