Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe had a very hard time getting a view point for the light show. We asked many employees for directions and they were not helpful. They didn't seem to know about the show or where it was. We were given the wrong room number at check in. Wine was very expensive at the bars, $22 a glass for house. The air Quality was horrible due to the smoking. It was hard to get into a sports bar to watch football. Finding the correct parking garage for the hotel was confusing. We understood there was a rooftop lounge and venue but it seemed to be closed
Rooms were very large with ample storage. The musician displays were very cool. The guitar light show was amazing. The pool was beautiful and loved the waterside. The elevator security guard was appreciated. I used the no smoking section of the casino when possible.

The pool But the waitress at our pool was rude. She said that by going to the pool bar we are taking away her tip money and when we did order from her it took her over 30min to get our drinks. Unpleasant not worth tipping if you are rude. Otherwise the room was good the cleaning ladies were awesome.

United StatesArea is limited, not a lot to do in hotel if not a gambler. Need more shops or indoor pool for stormy days. 1st casino where drinks are not free while gambling.I did not like that at all. Restaurants were packed before the show, and one restaurant stopped taking in even though we saw plenty of seats available on the inside. We received some bogus explanation about a large party. Would not visit again unless I happen to be close by. I did not like bathroom with tub. Older people or those with mobility issues need shower stalls. I also did not like open sink area. Room was a decent size. Only one hook for wet towels or robes in bathroom. Need at least 2 for 2 or more guest in a room
I loved the pool area and outdoor staff. I like the view of the lighted guitar from hotel room even though the rest of the view was of casino rooftop.

United StatesThe pools are not fun for kids, just one slide and there are not enough chairs so you have to walk a lot to get a spot. When you have that spot, bar service is not paying much attention so it’s difficult to consume.

United StatesI was supposed to have gotten a text saying our room was available when it was ready. Instead I had to go back to the desk at 4pm, the room was still not ready but the staff member gave us a different room that was ready then.
