The food in the sports bar was lousy. My chicken salad had hardly any chicken and my husband’s brisket and fries was basically fries with barbecue sauce. The morning hostess in the Cow Creek Restaurant was downright rude and acted like she didn’t care for her job or the customers she was seating.

Coffee was good but way too weak. Slots not very generous.

Our room was very nice - comfortable bed but pillows too big! Neighbour came in late and had music going most of the night - not really loud just loud enough to disturb our sleep. Great food in the lounge. Easy check in, easy parking. Not sure if we were overcharged - will watch my visa charges.

The mini refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer which we use to freeze our cold packs for a cooler in the car. We were particularly interested in their upscale steak house restaurant, but were surprised and disappointed to learn it was closed Monday and Tuesday (our stay).

Very comfortable room. Good location for an overnight on a long road trip. Several restaurants in the hotel.

The ever increasing cost of our room may cause us to look elsewhere. We generally stay here 2 times per year on our travels to and from Arizona.

The hotel/casino is easy to reach from the freeway. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Front desk Sunday evening, front desk Monday morning, and Security Sunday evening!??!

For well over 7 hours; 8 pm to 3 am, the adjoining room (to 324) couple was EXTREMELY LOUD, and “security” or the “front desk” did nothing when they were contacted. My husband was in the casino, and I was in our room unable to sleep due to the couple being SO LOUD! The staff did nothing when contacted! As we checked out, the front desk when we left just shrugged, and ignored the situation, siting it was just people leaving/coming to their room. NO IT WAS FOR HOURS; and we believe lots of drugs were involved! The front desk was very pleasant on Sunday afternoon when we checked in, NOT so nice on Monday afternoon when we checked out!

The staff was so friendly. Our house keeper was the best. She worked the second floor and I would would suggest anyone that stays there to meet her. She went above and beyond for us. My husband had a cold and she gave him tea and checked in on him. Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable rooms. Plus you get get to drink and gamble, what more could you ask for. We also got a massage at the spa. Prefect for a weekend getaway.

Dinner of ribs were difficult to chew for my husband so he didn't eat. Waitress apologized and omitted the order from our bill.

No breakfast was provided not covered parking but we know that when we booked our stay.

We arrived during a rain and departed the next day in a mixture of rain and sleet. A portico provided a nice area to drop off our luggage. Upon our request the desk staff provided us with a well appointed, spacious and quiet room. The linens were fresh and the bed very comfortable. We dined at one of the casino’s restaurants and enjoyed a good meal with attentive waitstaff.
