The air didn't get cold but they came and done a manually override and fixed that problem...

I have nothing bad to say about staying here. This is the only hotel I stay at when I'm in town. The staff is friendly and kind.

The breakfast, besides it's good and clean, could have more food options, and the space for it could be bigger. Also, I thought it coulg go later than 10:30am.

Staff very friendly since we've arrived very late (2am). Room very comfortable, mainly the beds, with very good size, and the TV was big enough for the whole family. The location was perfect for a good night of sleep.

I think that the maid service should be better. the bedcoverings and towels should should be replaced each morning if guest are staying more than one night, and the room should be cleaned up if the guest is staying more than one night.

I loved everything about my stay and visit, including the feeling of safety, the calm atmosphere, and it's very clean. There is nothing to dislike about the property because it truly operates like a well-oiled machine.

I loved the front desk staff. Jessica checked me in and she had a great demeanor, and was very professional and resourceful. I enjoyed her willingness to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.

Very noisy location. Made sleeping very difficult. Most things are not within the control of the property -- i.e. nearby train crossing in the wee hours; apparently a drag-racing road in the area. The A/C unit in the room was very noisy when it turned off and on. Would likely pick some other location to stay while in Jax.

Breakfast was pretty good. Not as expansive as some other hotels offer, but met my needs.

facility is in poor condition, peeling wallpaper, chipped cabinets, woodwork, worn out carpets, musty mildew smell especially in the hallways, smell of smoke in my room (I called and complained, nothing was done), telephone didn't work (repairman couldn't fix), TV didn't work (had to have staff re-program). Based on the facility condition, I wouldn't partake in the free breakfast, no thanks. Very over-priced for the value

The lobby. When the shift changed there was a nice girl receptionist couldn’t do nothing about my situation, I did t tell her I did want to go over the manager head so she knew nothing about situation.

I requested a jacuzzi and did not get it. I requested Southside location did not get it. Manage and everyone said basically, if you don’t like it leave, we’ll issue a refund oh but you’ll have to wait 3 to 5 business days. Because if my travel I was tired I tried to make the best of it but because they were soooo accommodating, I didn’t stay at all I checked that night. The manager shrewd, ridgit, unconcerned, and unaccompanied. Will I come back? No ! I felt misled, deceived, and trapped,

When we first arrived there was dead duck in the parking lot. The breakfast was ok but sausage was way over cooked. Room needs several repairs. Shower didn’t work at all. Patch work done but never repainted. Hair dryer fell off the wall. Blinds would not fully open even after following instructions on how to operate them.

The staff were very nice. That’s about it.
