We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHotel was a little difficult to find in back of a Days Inn. No breakfast included although that was not clear on the reservation. Reception area had a strong ethnic food smell and the manager was honest about what was included and not included in the price. Refrigerator was large although no freezer compartment. This was below the experience at other Travelodges I've stayed at.
Room was clean and quiet although privacy was a minor issue. Value was equivalent to the price.

United StatesThis is an older property in need of much updating and refurbishing, wallpaper loose, tub surround put together with non rustproof screws, Heater/ac unit noisy.
Travelling for a wedding, after a 3 1/2 hr drive we wanted to change into our dress clothes, the staff was very accomodating in allowing early check in for us to accomplish our goals within the required time frame. The area was quiet and pleasant.

United StatesWhen I booked, it said there was breakfast and there was nothing, no to go bag, no tea, coffee or juice. During Covid, most hotels at least offer something. Booking should take that off as an amenity. The room was a bit worn. Don't be fooled by the Wyndham tag, it wasn't what you'd expect when you hear Wyndham
Bloomington was completely full so this was just a place to stop on our way, all we did was sleep here. The bed was just OK. The location might be a little hard to find if you don't use your GPS but it was with all the budget hotels in Seymour just off the highway.
