The room looked nothing like those advertised. Older facility, not well updated. There was a musty smell. There was a sauna that we could not use. Didn't seem to heat up

Very Happy!

Beds were wonderful and the room and Broom were awesome. We were so surprised at the beautiful bathroom. Loved the full length mirror along with the large lotions, shampoo, conditioners. The vaporizer was also a nice touch. Great coffee!!

Shadow Ridge did not indicate that major noisy renovations were taking place. Very disappointing, until we were offered a room next door at Silver Ridge

Shadow Ridge was in the middle of renovations and with builders working it was very noisy. We were upgraded to Silver Ridge, next door, and were very grateful and impressed with the immediate willingness to recognise our predicament.

The room is outdated and needs a makeover. The tile in the bathroom is stained, and the sliding glass door doesn't close properly so you could hear the traffic of the buses at all ours. There was no reception, and the lobby is being redone. No pool to use, which I didn't hear about until after the booking. I think that you should forgo the resort fee until the lobby space and pool are accessible again.

The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a great view of the mountain outside the window.

The rooms are outdated and did not match what was shown online. Tv was incredibly small, beds weren't the most comfortable and there was one trash bin in the bathroom for the whole room. No food within a 10 minute walk. We interacted face to face with exactly 0 Staff and found a Juul pod in our room, which neither my wife or I smoke. All of this without mentioning the check in method not being explained before we arrived at the hotel since we had to call to get a code to get into a elevator, then another code to open a safe and then were trusted to only get our envelope with the key's and room assignments. I understand the front office is being remodeled but to leave the keys out open to anyone that was staying?

Extremely poor facilities. The room decor was falling apart, including coat hooks falling from the wall.... paper thin walls without isolation from adjacent rooms, lack of equipment in kitchen, hot tub not functional 30% of the time. Very poor value for the money, friends stayed next door for same equivalent cost and had much better experience.

Vail Resorts need to up their game as far as lifts not running, breaking down...and quad lines filtering down to enough room for three skiers to squeeze by..and the option of running over to the Canyons wasn't any better with 2 of their main lifts broke down or just not running...Get some skiers on your board and start investing on the mountain ...

Great location for the lifts and getting on the slopes. A 10 minute walk to main street and the heart of Park City. The Epic pass App was helpful in letting us know which lifts were broken down or just not running, and the wait times for each..

Room was not cleaned very well. Found shoe box under one of the beds, screw on floor in carpet and the set up with microwave and coffee maker was not functional. Had to move either the microwave or coffee maker to another outlet to use.

The hide away bed had food all over it. We had to use our own sheet on it as I did not know it was clean. The table had four of the chairs that the pads was lose on.

The check in staff was great. He went out of his way to help us. He was awesome. The check out staff was a different story. Seemed to not care about our concerns.

The pillows were a little hard, as were the mattresses. I tend to like them softer. The pool was pretty small and the kids didn't have a lot of room to play, especially when there were a bunch of other kids there as well. There also wasn't any place to sit while watching the kids except for two lounge chairs, which were already taken.

The location was perfect! We parked the car and could walk where we needed to go. The room was very clean and roomy, and the shower was big and really nice. The room was decorated very nice and was quite comfortable.

This property was not at ALL what was advertised. I booked a deluxe double room at a premium price of $160 advertised as recently remodeled. The room was maybe remodeled 20 years ago, was so small, dirty and dark we could could barely turn around. You literally could not move without bumping into something. It felt like we were in a closet and might have possibly of been in one since the room did not even HAVE a closet. We were on the ground floor facing a concrete wall. It is by far the WORST property I’ve ever booked through Booking.com. I believe I am owed some compensation for this gross misrepresentation. Do not stay here ever!
