Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaBath tub was a bit slippery when wet. No ski lockers, but you can keep your skis in your room. Not a true ski in/out as you do have to walk with your gear slightly uphill to the main ski lift at the base of Park City. Not much dinner or night life activity options at base of Park City, so best to go into town for it. Largest grocery store Fresh Market is about 10 min walk away but coming back to hotel is uphill at the end of the walk.
Very spacious 1 bedroom unit with very comfy bed in main room and also comfy sofa bed. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked with good quality cookware. Location is excellent, a short 7 min some uphill walk to the main Crescent ski lift at base of Park City, and very short 1 min walk to the main bus stop with many buses taking you to Main street area for shopping and meals. They even have a dedicated ski rental store on the building main floor if you need gear. Smaller sized heated outdoor pool in front of the building. Big TVs in both rooms. Can take bus ride back from Canyon's side of resort instead of rushing to ride gondola back.

CanadaThe beds and pillows were really bad. Very uncomfortable, both my brother and I had very poor sleep all three nights. The unit itself is pretty worn down, and all of the furniture in the bathrooms could use an upgrade.
The location to the mountain as well as to Main Street was really great. The front desk staff was very helpful.

United StatesBeds were extremely uncomfortable. Rooms are dated (the towel holder was falling off the door). They only provided us with 2 towels for 4 people and we had to call down to request more. The room seemed to struggle to keep a consistent temperature. There wasn't enough room for the 4 of us and the snowboard gear. 2 adults and 2 teens made the living quarters extremely tight.
Location is amazing and having the rental shop right downstairs is very convenient.

United StatesHeat was right above the bed blowing heat right on me( the room had two queen bed and one close to the window had air vent right above) and in the middle of the night I felt super dry and thirsty. The room had no desk or table( the picture on the booking page shows a table and two chairs) The room feels a little small with not a lot of space around furniture.

United StatesInformation about what kind of kitchen appliances were in the room, I thought there was a full kitchen and there was a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. The step into and out of the tub shower combination was treacherous. Grab bars need to be installed on the walls to help getting in and out of the shower. There was only one elevator that went to the parking garage and it was not close to our room.
The view from our room was awesome and the proximity to main street and Park City Mountain was great.

United StatesOur allergies were horrible - and there were a lot of dogs on the property. I guess I didn’t realize it was so pet-friendly. I might not be able to stay here again. The carpet seemed a little old, but everything was clean. Pool was small, but sufficient.
Location was perfect - we were able to walk or take the bus around town. Also the staff was so helpful and friendly. The hot tub and sauna were awesome.

Check-in/out was quick and easy. Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

United StatesThe hotel lobby feels quite luxurious looking, but our room on the second floor was in dire need of an update. The carpet was old, the bathroom fixtures and tile were outdated, and the room did not match the updated, modern looking rooms they have in pictures on their site. During out time there we hardly saw any hotel staff--no one at the front desk... ever; cleaning staff only comes if requested; toiletries, towels, extra blankets can only be obtained by calling a generic number then getting multiple transfers to the right hotel. The information says they want to mimic a home stay away from home, but I don't travel often and when the hotel describes itself as "luxury condominiums," I expected more. The pool was enjoyable for my kids, but it was really small and there were no towels (they hadn't been washed and replaced for days), no place to dry off, no bathrooms nearby (the nearest are across the lobby and down a hall, so you have to slog your towel-less, wet body across their carpet and floors). It was summertime and even though we followed the instructions on how to use the air-conditioner, our room was constantly hot, which was uncomfortable. The ice machine is in the basement and only on the one side of the hotel, so plan your trips for ice accordingly. Mind you, most of these things are just inconveniences, but when you are paying to stay somewhere, you are hoping for conveniences.
The location can't be beat. We came during the summer (not ski season). You are literally an easy walk from the main Park City slopes (we walked to the Pay Day lift in 5 minutes) and downtown Park City is about a 10 minute walk. The bed was definitely comfortable. I liked that the room had a washer/dryer combo. We used this almost daily to rinse our swimming suits and towels and dry them. The shower was pretty cool as well. It had a normal shower head and then an overhead "rain" type showerhead that was cool. They have covered parking underneath the hotel , and that was really nice since it was quite hot when we visited and the car was always cool when we would leave the hotel. Finally, the pool was my kids' favorite part of the visit, so it was nice that there was a pool, but I do have some gripes about the pool as well.

United StatesThe room layout needs an update to catch up with the time. For the one bed room with two queens, the power outlets are hidden in the corner, very hard to access to charge any modern electronics devices while resting in bed. An extra chair will also be a good welcome addition to the only single person sofa.
The location is the best attraction of the property. Next to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, very easy access to Fresh Market and Old Town via free public transportation unless in rush hour.
