The AC can be a bit noisy. But it doesn’t bother that much.

Finding a good hotel in New York with decent room size but with mid-range price is really challenging. I found this hotel to be in a great location—close to the subway, restaurants, coffee shops and shops (e.g. Target, pharmacy). And it also has pretty decent room size for the price. I would recommend it!

AC thermostat had to be reset. Phone broken entire stay and could not be replaced or fixed. Never could get answer to main number with cell phone. One light in bathroom mirror broken. Shower weak and difficult to control temp. Bathroom vent/light extremely noisy. Only one ice machine in entire hotel??

Did not try food. Location was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

No on-site restaurant, yes there was a Chinese restaurant attached but reviews weren't good so didn't go there. Plenty of local places to eat.... also rooms no local info pack every hotel ive stayed at normally have these....

Location, 4 subway lines nearby. 1 block from loads of retail shops and within walking distance 15-20 mins from DUMBO....

There were not enough amenities offered in the room. Breakfast was terrible, do not have breakfast there. The receptionist Chantelle was unhelpful and rude.

No hand soap in the bathroom. No mini fridge. The hand soap was fine. I just bought a small bar at Target. For the mini fridge, it may be helpful for people with children. Also, a lot of leftovers had to be thrown out. Sad, because we ate out a lot.

Nice location. The staff were EXCELLENT! Attentive, polite. Very busy hotel, but all needs were met. Safe area. Lots of choices for shopping and food.

It was uncomfortable to work on the computer at the desk - perhaps a better arrangement can be made for those who need to spend a couple of hours (or more) a day at the computer.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The cafe in the hotel was very welcoming and made good coffee.

You can’t check in early ! I was super tired and they told me I had to check in at 3pm when I was there at 8 am. Also the front desk lady is rude idk her name but she’s a person of color

My room was dim. Only had one lamp. No mini fridge in the room. There usually is one as I stayed there a month ago.

Great location. Comfy bed. Felt safe walking alone in the area. Good shopping and eateries within close walking distance. I was on a club floor. It was peaceful.

The room had some minor damage to it but it didn’t affect the use of the room.

Excellent location to everything Brooklyn and NYC, close to the train, Barclays center and good shopping! Quiet room and very comfortable beds! Just enough space for sleeping at night while out exploring all day long. Complimentary Starbucks coffee and water, too. The purple rainbow cafe next to the lobby is darling and super convenient to stop at for a quick latte and pastry / yogurt. Loved the rooftop bar adjacent to the Sheraton too. So Fun!!

Front desk people not well trained . Room card had to be rescanned 3 times ! Very disappointed with the club room poorly stocked with food . Rice krispy treats …really . Coffee/hot chocolate machine not working .

Wanted to charge $50/person to check-in early, there was a storm at arrival and thought they could have been flexible. But they took the bags off us and we went to the nearby shopping center. Room#1002: Still dont know how to use the US showers, took me 5min to have warm water. TV too big being so close to the bed. No working plug near the coffee machine, had to put on the floor.

Fast check-in once it was time (3pm) and checked in 2min... Clean room, reception and welcoming. We were here to visit and therefore didnt use any of the other facilities, leaving early and come back late to sleep. Close location to the subway and to Brooklyn bridge.
