The pool area tile was extremely slippery and we witnessed a child get injured on the side of the pool. We would love to see some non slip mats or something installed

We were in town for a busy soccer tournament weekend. I had mixed up my reservation and came to the counter to find out there were no rooms available . Suchi at the front desk was so calm under pressure and did everything within her power to assist me. She is an excellent employee and an extremely professional!

Had a delay in checking in. Hotel wouldn't match my booking.con rate, so booked on my phone. This caused some confusion at the front desk and took about a half hour to resolve

Some of the furnishings were a little tired—one of the desk chair arms was gone😬. We were unable to change the channel on the TV.

Maid service was only offered every three days. I was ok with making my own bed and re-using towels, but I would have liked to have the garbage emptied. No breakfast or on-site cafe.

Their was a coffee machine in the room, along with a refriderator and microwave.

It took 3 trips to the front desk for key cards that would work once in the room. The heater didn't work. So another trip to the front desk. Got another room heater didn't work the best. I think it's time for the hotel to update the heaters.

Unfortunately there was an error made by someone who reported that the king room we were assigned to had been cleaned but when we entered, it had not been cleaned. We were given a different room but it was a queen bed, not king, smaller room and there were no numbers on the wall heater unit and we had a lot of difficulty regulating the room temperature. As a result the room was hot for sleeping. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, the error was not their fault. Our stay there the week before was great. Sadly, this adds to our experience that Wyndham properties are inconsistent.

We didn't have breakfast. There was an extra charge for breakfast so we decided to eat elsewhere.

The restaurant. It definitely needs to work at getting someone in there that knows how to cook. The waitress was friendly and attentive but the kitchen staff needs training. Pretty sad because we were happy that we didn’t need to look for a place for breakfast but then after getting a simple breakfast wrong we were sorry we didn’t just go somewhere else.

Breakfast is not included. We went to the on-site restaurant but the buffet was not open. My husband and I ordered scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and potatoes with rye toast. We got a breakfast sandwich, bacon, potatoes and rye toast, my sister ordered a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and specifically asked if it was a sausage patty and was told yes but the sandwich came with no sausage, waitress took it back and when she returned out had a sausage link cut up on it! She ended up having to take it apart because the sausage kept falling out!

Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable! My room was obviously remodeled recently. Clean and comfortable. The hotel is older, and remodeling is evident. Lobby a little run down, the hotel is older, and remodeling is evident. Lobby a little run down. But overall stay was great for the price.

The breakfast was NOT included with the price of the room, if i remember correctly it was an additional $10 to $12 per person so we did not eat there the next morning.

The staff was helpfull & freindly. The room was clean and had a nice (just cleaned) smell to it. Parking lot was well lit.

The location is good for interstate access, I didn’t go to the town centre but I think you would have to drive there. The access and grounds maybe could be dressed up a bit better ?

It was very clean and tidy. The room was as good as i expected. Staff were good. No problems whatsoever.

Only the breakfast at the restaurant, eggs around a cooked. And all they have is pork to offer. And it was just, it wasn't up to par. Pork wasn't fully cooked. Cetera et cetera.

Was very impressed that it was a Ramada and it was very nice. Looked like a 34 star hotel. Very impressed again, just everything was wonderful. Except for the breakfast at the restaurant that was gross.

The property and building its self is in need of basic repaires. The southside entrance door security lock is inop. There were items & trash collected and sitting in the hall. I did not like that there was an additional charge for a breakfast.

It is a large property. The pool looked clean. The room looked clean with no noticable smells. The parking lot had plenty of lighting.

Had trouble with my reservation through booking.com. Along with several other people. I feel the motel should have met the price because the reservations did come through finally at 3am.

Breakfast was pricey, in my opinion, considering it was like a standard hotel breakfast but with less variety and with freshness lacking in a few areas.

Grateful for a clean and comfortable room for a very reasonable price (through Booking.com)! Pool/ hot tub were great!
