The bed was comfortable but too small and need a new toilet seat, old one showing wear.

Wendy was terrific, very attentive, great breakfast, very comfortable and great location, beautiful view. The wine was a very nice touch.

The location was beautiful, the room was extremely clean and the bath & bed linens were very luxurious.

I have allergies to strong perfume smells. My linens were clean and soft but had a very strong smell from either the laundry detergent or fabric softener or both. I will request next time I come if it would be possible to have my linens including blankets washes with no scent products. Not sure it that will be possible but hopefully. Again.. I loved my stay and would highly recommend to others.

The room was fantastic with the most beautiful view! I will definitely stay here again. Can't wait.

The owners were so nice. They welcomed us in, walked us around, and then provided drinks to everyone with snacks. They sat with is on the front deck with a fire and chatted. In the morning, they made a nice breakfast. We will definitely be back. They views were incredible.

Our room was on the top level and got hot and uncomfortable during the afternoons, Apparently the portable AC unit was broken. The fan from concierge was definitely helpful.

Having a separate living room with chairs, comfortable bed, tv, hot breakfast, and ongoing beverage accessibility was great. The hotel location on the water has excellent views!

There are a few things that need to be repaired. The Blue Lagoon room had a broken towel bar and had small black bugs around. Better pillows in that room.

Yoshi was the person who took care of us from the minute we arrived until our departure. Actually, she called us earlier in the day to see if we needed anything before our arrival. In all ways she was excellent as was the property. We use Boooking.com to get the very best special places and Shorelight Inn totally delivered. We did have the room with a balcony overlooking the Bay, and the sunset was magnificent. Our suite was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable queen size bed. We received a nice welcoming cocktail and breakfast was made to order the next day. Our location could not have been better. We will return in the future.

Nothing really. Christina and her staff are very accommodating and keep this place immaculate. If I had to pick something, I would say lounge chairs would have been really on Pink Palace balcony (where there are a few cobwebs. And the cleaning solution (Lysol) was too strong for my taste and it lingered for a bit. Missed a “special” breakfast (maybe know one does that anymore, idk). But what was offered was satisfying.

Perfect location if you want waterfront tranquility! Loved the water view from All of windows/French doors. Spent a lot of time on our balcony, taking in the views, watching all the ducks and dog walkers. But main balcony was the best with its lovely fire pit. Bed was, I think, more comfortable than my own bed! Can’t wait to visit again!

The location was perfect within walking distance to everything . We had a fantastic view of the Carquinez Bay. The owners and the staff were all super nice and helpful.

Bathroom is small and the room was warm because it was an unusually warm evening. The AC unit was too noisy but leaving the balcony door open through the night helped a lot.

Fabulous location with great water view and breeze. Right next to public shore path and a block off main downtown area—yet quiet. Very friendly host who was eager to do anything to make our stay enjoyable.

Wish we could have stayed for a longer period of time but our schedule didn't allow that this time.

This is a wonderful inn. It has a lovely screened-in outdoor seating area that overlooks the Carquinez Strait and Bridge. It's a wonderful place to sit back and relax. Our room, the Pink Palace, is nicely decorated and has the most spectacular view of the Carquinez Bridge and Strait. Everything was clean, the bed was so-o-o comfortable, and the sheets were luxurious. Keurig coffeemakers are in the rooms as well as in the entry area. Breakfast is also provided each morning. Chrisina is a warm and welcoming hostess and made our "too-short" stay very enjoyable. She is fun to visit with. This inn is in a perfect location in historic Benicia - right where all of the interesting shops, delicious bakeries and restaurants are. We will definitely be back.
