1st room unit 1221 was not very good when we walked in. Apparently the carpet was just cleaned per the emergency hot line number. But it was very overpowering. Wife and my allergies was through the roof. I am glad we were able to be moved to a different room

Access to pool, beach. Staff was very friendly and co-operative. Beach was clean and view from the rooms were excellent. Really glad to have found this in a timely manner. I appreciate the fact that we could be accommodated to a different room at the last minute

Seemed like the price we paid 600 for two nights was a bit high and we didn’t even get complimentary coffee. Cleaning fee should be included in price.

Our room, two of the dining room chairs at the table, broke in fell to the floor when we sat at the table. The toilet had black mold in it, and the sofa was torn with cushion coming out of it, and Cigarette ash was on one of the bedroom floors.

Didn’t have a working ice machine in fridge and hair dryer didn’t work or the outlet in the bathroom. No mirror in the room to get ready. Hot tub was always full inside and out.

There were a lot of random rules like having the beach door locked at random times during the day and telling us we had to hop a fence to go out to the beach but we could walk in the same locked gate freely from the beach. Also none of the staff seemed to be on the same page and I felt very judged being asked multiple times what I was doing when I was looking around the resort checking out the amenities and asking questions and getting 4 or 5 different answers. And the hot tub was like warm at best

Room we rented what very sub-par. Floors in bathroom weren’t clean. Picture was not even hanging on the wall, it was perched on the top of the headboard of the bed. Couch was old and fraying.

I did not like the old and ripped up living room couch. The couch was an eye sore and did not make me want to sit on it. The master bathroom sink was leaking, I called the front desk three times. I was able to speak with someone the first time and they said they would send someone, but no one ever came. The other two calls to the front desk were not answered. The kitchen sink wasn’t the best either, but it was tolerable. The towel amount was also a little small, and we were required to wash them. More supplies could have been provided for a 5 night stay.

The pool was great, available pool toys was nice, pool bar was nice, great location. Easy beach front access. Having a kitchen and two bathrooms was very helpful.

The towels were very cheap and thin. It was furnished/decorated with the minimum. Not much seating in the living room and not for lack of space

-Elevators were extremely slow/ or down. Had to walk luggage cart down from 11th floor parking deck to front desk after waiting 30+plus minutes on an elevator. -Mattress on bed were not the best. - Shower curtain in the bathroom had Mildew all over it. -parking deck was extremely tight - our unit only had 1 wash cloth for 3 bathrooms. Elevators were a big hassle when you could get on them.

Room was very spacious, loved the view and being on a high level floor. Everything was clean. Location was great. Snack shack and bar by the pool were delicious. Will stay here again. Loved the amenities that were offered.

dirty dishes in the cabinet. two locks on the slider to balcony, one did not work the other held on by one loose screw. the bare minimum of essentials. no bath mats. no extra towels or blankets. dirty ceiling fans and vent covers. carpet coming loose at seams.

Workout room was laughable it was tiny and all the resort staff seemed to use these restrooms exclusively a heavy amount of traffic to use the restrooms, also the room was not very well kept up some cracking gyp ceilings, and some damaged areas didn't really fell like a nice resort

Location was great and staff was friendly, amenities were great as well except for the gym.

The property is set up in a c shape, makes you feel like there is very little privacy. people are constantly hooping and hollering and just seems pretty low class. This particular condo was very basic. toilets had rings because they had not been cleaned well in such a long time. remotes for tvs didn’t work dishes were all dirty, towels looked like shop rags and blinds were busted and not working along with living room curtains not being able to cover the windows. I could go on but I think you get the just of it.

I was not so happy with the room this time. There was not enough supplies for guest. Many appliances dirty and broken. We did find a few cockroaches in the room. There was no hot water. Elevator was not working during our stay and we had to take the stairs.
