The tub was so bad that nobody wanted to shower even after a week camping.

The television in my room halfway worked. The stations didn't all come in until the night before I had to leave. There was a few more minor things, but those are things that if caught now can be alleviated in the future.

No coffee until 10 o’clock in the morning that sucks… a smoke alarm pulled off the wall. The tv needs to go in dumpsters.it was a blur had lines and ripples. Old old school tv..we couldn’t find our room because the #’s are so small you have to get out of your car at night to see them. Need bigger room numbers on doors to find room. The a/c cover fell off and omg it was filthy I bet bugs call home. Room could us some paint. Also tub was either dirty or stained. The amount is not worth 1 night stay needs to be lower a lot lower in cost period.

Don’t serve breakfast at all!! Location was quiet. It’s right off of I 20. Room smelled fresh.

My room had heater left on full blast. Had to leave door open for 20 mins till AC caught up. phones on premises did not work. Tried calling ahead to see if my rez came thru. After arrival signs were up that phones were down. Staff didn't seem to care. I rang bell 4 times before worker came out to check me in

Temperature of the shower was too hot. My boyfriend glanced up and noticed what looked like black mold on the ceiling.but otherwise we're very satisfied and plan to use you again.

Everything most of all a response to our trouble and a refund for all the inconvenience down to sleeping in a rental 2 days cause of bugs and loud smells

I was supposed to get 30% off at check-in and the clerk couldn't figure out how to apply it I showed him my email as well, also my refrigerator was dirty as well as microwave, my neighbor was loud every night drinking in front of our door and getting high to the point it was coming in our room and I'm pregnant, we wanted to leave after we called front desk and didn't get a response then we asked for a blanket and the lady was very rude we only had sheets on our bed and never received one all 3 days we also had to ask for towels each day! It was flys everywhere in our room an little Roches! I paid 206 and slept in my car in front of the room 2 if those days pregnant!!! It was a awful mini vacation for my birthday and I'm very upset u didn't get my 30%off upon arrival or that I had to be in such a uncomfortable situation when this was a vacation for me an my husband,not to mention the U-Haul truck blocking my front door sideways and no way to reach front desk about my issues I really would like a refund the t only worked part of the time as well ,after smell coming in our room was so strong I had to buy spray cause it was over bearing for me being pregnant not to mention I couldn't even watch TV with out hearing the neighbor drinking an slamming doors all night! What a birthday get away thanks for the horrible experience!!!
