It appeared we may have been bitten by bed bugs in our first room but the very helpful manager on duty on listened attentively to us and moved us to another room on the same floor and we were comfy and relaxed as soon as we relocated.

Absolutely Devine and the wonderful server named Paris was excellent and very good at her job! Paris was warm, professional and friendly as well as very knowledgeable of the area.

I didn't like that fact that there was no microwave in the room 😕. There could have been more hooks in the bathroom. The steamer didn't work, ⁸0I had to request an iron and ironing board, this was a big inconvenience.

No microwave to heat leftovers or anything that needed heating. Check in took hours because rooms were not ready on time. I think the hotel was understaffed. Housekeeping came in late everyday, one day they didn't come clean.

Our room AC didn’t work as well as we would like. The rooms are fairly large so it didn’t seem to cool off the room the way we needed which caused for an uncomfortable night’s rest. There’s also no snack or food options after 11. The market in the hotel is not 24/7, which is inconvenient. The night front desk staff were also not as helpful as the attendants during the day. Overall it seemed a little overrated for the $400+ a night. It didn’t give luxury with the luxury price tag.

The property was beautiful and check in was very easy. The rooms were nice and updated, very modern. Valet only is a perk in the downtown area as well and all the valet people were extremely nice and prompt. Loved the convenient distance to the Mercedes Benz stadium and Statefarm Arena.

Mandatory Valet

The Signia was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only thing I wish is to have the ability to self park. This is a full service hotel so I understood the condition of having to Valet park my vehicle. Other than that, we had a fantastic time! The personal touch that the staff give. The welcome you receive and the message you get in your room makes you feel special! The food on the 4th floor is really good. The drinks are good and STRONG. Lastly the view, we stayed on the stadium side and the view was spectacular. Nespresso machine, yes please do not change that, and the TV in the room isn't an off brand cheap smart TV.

There were so many issues. People were getting stuck in the elevators. Room keys would stop working for no reason.

It’s really nice! The common areas are very spacious and have ample seating. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Staff rude and knocking on door at 9 o'clock see if we were gone then again about 45 minutes later ask to talk to manager at check out not available said would call me never did called back several time and still no manager the last lady I talked to said there was not one I said I didn't believe her she ask what I needed I told her she said that was normal I said I asked for late check out and said that was fine my check out was at 12 and didn't understand why they were waking me up she just rude said that's there job I said they could comp me a room and said no .when I booked they also said pool available it was not open just booked the week before she said by no help nice place poor staff.

My room was not serviced the whole stay. I extended my stay for an additional night. Therefore, when I went to pick up new keys-stayed in the same room-I informed the agent of my concern and she indicated that ahe would have it addressed. However, my concern was not addressed. It is a really nice property but there is room for improvement.

The property and restaurants were clean. There was a great selection of food and restaurants staffers were hospitable.

Unfortunately, due to lack of staffing the hotel struggled with providing service. Valet Parking was delayed 2 hours for pickup, I was over charged for hotel stay and valet. I was able to get the issue resolved. The hotel is new, it needs work with staffing and providing accommodations including food is limited options.

The aesthetics of the hotel was impeccable, and conveniently located to museums, sports arena, and restaurants.
