I didn't care to much about the surrounding areas, not the best location in town with a lot of homeless around. However it is part of most any major cities, but I did not see any Security around the building as It would have made us feel a little safer in my opinion

Loved the property. My spouse wanted to see the Mariners for his last ballpark goal. This hotel is right across the street. Very clean, valet parking, great staff and wonderful room with comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay.

Room was fairly basic, nothing special, just adequate. There was an odd humming noise that came on at night which I assume was the hvac.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We were upgraded to a suit, that was beautiful. The management was out in front , not hiding in an office. If you are going to a football game or baseball game in Seattle I highly recommend this hotel.

Would have loved room service to go a bit later at night…ends at 9 pm when many games or concerts end after that but there are street vendors late at night after events get out selling things like hot dogs, popcorn etc

If you’re going to the baseball or football stadiums or the WaMu theatre this location cannot, cannot, cannot be beat. It’s basically on the same grounds. Also good location for Pioneer Square or a short distance to downtown Seattle. We went for a concert and it was so nice to walk a few feet and be in bed after a long night. Bed was super comfortable.

TV remote … connection with TV was not good. Worked but took effort.

Great service at both the desk and the hotel restaurant. Clean room that was both spacious and modern. Great location. Asked for an iron in order to press clothes and one was delivered to our room in under five mins.

the valet was nice. i missed that upon booking my stay. maybe as a patron it should be less and then during events unfortunately increase to that high amount.

loved the pool and jacuzzi although it was windy. I could see the Mariner Stadium from my window......so amazing loved being on the 8th floor the location of hotel was perfect and driving where i needed to go was just around the corner

While they communicated with us right after our booking about the parking fees. I still feel that the charges were not reasonable, while I like everything else that alone will make me choose a different accommodation next time.

The Location was amazing, close to everything. Very accessible. Our room was large clean and stylish. Pool and hot tub where the highlight of the stay, travelling with a toddler we need kids-friendly activities.

I could have done without paying for valet parking or even having it as an option, but options were nil.

Service, location, staff, room was all great with no issues. Travel with 2 kids and never one concern. Rooftop pool is a nice touch.

Everything, the bed was very confrontable and the restaurant was excellent. The staff made the stay, everyone was so friendly.

The staff was amazing and gave my 78 year old mother an upgrade so she could be near me and have a good view to people watch while we explore Seattle

Restaurant hours could be better. For example I traveled from the east coat and woke very early due to circadian rhythm and went down for coffee at 6:00 am and the restaurant was not open and there was no coffee available in the lobby. I asked the staff where I could get some and they pointed down the street and said Starbucks was the only place which was quite a distance. Hotel needs to possibly add some carafes of free coffee for those guests that wake early. After the concert at 11:30 a bite to eat would have been nice. For large events that end late you could possibly have the restaurant open with a limited menu (breakfast?) to feed the guests than would like a small meal prior to turning in. One final thing would be menu pricing. Restaurant and bar prices were high for items sold. $26.00 for a burger and fries? Bit high if you ask me

Location was excellent for the purpose of the travel. Facilities were great and the staff was very kind and professional.
